Abstract
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 레이저 조명 장치는 레이저광을 방출하는 레이저 다이오드, 상기 레이저광이 입사되고 입사된 상기 레이저광의 일부에 의해 여기되어 방출되는 상기 레이저광과 상이한 파장의 2차광과 나머지 레이저광의 혼합광을 출사하는 판상의 광변환부재 및 상기 판상의 광변환부재의 주위를 둘러 상기 판상의 광변환부재로부터 입사되는 상기 혼합광을 반사시키는 포물경을 포함하고, 상기 판상의 광변환부재는, 그 측면의 전체면; 및 상기 레이저광이 입사하는 입사 영역과 상기 포물경의 초점에 위치하는 상기 혼합광의 출사 영역을 제외한 그 상부면과 하부면의 표면;에 형성되는 반사층을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 레이저광을 방출하는 레이저 다이오드;
상기 레이저광이 입사되고, 입사된 상기 레이저광의 일부에 의해 여기되어 방출되는 상기 레이저광과 상이한 파장의 2차광과, 나머지 레이저광의 혼합광을 출사하는 판상의 광변환부재; 및
상기 판상의 광변환부재의 주위를 둘러 상기 판상의 광변환부재로부터 입사되는 상기 혼합광을 반사시키는 포물경;을 포함하고,
상기 판상의 광변환부재는,
그 측면 전체의 외부 표면; 및 그 후면에 제공되고 상기 레이저광이 입사하는 입사 영역과, 상기 후면과 대향하는 전면에 제공되고 상기 포물경의 초점에 위치하는 상기 혼합광의 출사 영역을 제외한 상기 전면과 후면의 외부 표면;에 형성되는 반사층을 포함하는 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판상의 광변환부재는 상기 2차광을 방출하는 형광체 분말과 세라믹 분말의 복합재료로 이루어진 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판상의 광변환부재는 상기 2차광을 방출하는 형광체로 이루어진 단결정 또는 소결체인 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판상의 광변환부재는 상기 출사 영역 중 적어도 일부에 형성되는 광추출구조를 포함하는 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 광추출구조는 상기 포물경의 초점에 위치하는 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 형광체는 YAG계 형광체, TAG계 형광체, LuAG계 형광체, 실리케이트계 형광체, 오르소실리케이트계 형광체, 알루미네이트계 형광체, 산화물계 형광체, 질화물계 형광체, 산질화물계 형광체, 황화물계 형광체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 레이저 다이오드는 상기 포물경의 외측에 위치하고,
상기 레이저광을 반사시켜 상기 판상의 광변환부재로 상기 레이저광을 입사시키는 반사부재;를 더 포함하는 레이저 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 레이저 다이오드는 상기 포물경의 후면을 관통하여 상기 판상의 광변환부재에 상기 레이저광을 입사시키는 레이저 조명 장치.
