도 2는 도 1에 도시된 손목 충전장치의 내부 구조를 보여주는 분해사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2에 도시된 손목 충전장치의 로터가 결합되는 상태를 보여주는 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 2에 도시된 손목 충전장치의 구조를 보여주는 측면도이다.
도 5는 도 2에 도시된 회전축과 코일 조립체간의 결합 관계를 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 2에 도시된 마그네트와 코일간의 결합구조를 보여주는 정면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 외관을 형성하는 케이스(Case)와;
케이스의 내부에 장착되며 발전 된 전원을 충전포트를 통하여 공급하는 충전 케이지(5)와;
충전 케이지(5)의 내부에 회전가능하게 장착되어 회전력을 발생시키는 로터(Roter;7)와;
로터(7)를 충전 케이지(5)에 회전가능하게 장착시키는 회전축(9)과;
로터(7)의 일측 내주면에 장착되는 마그네트(Magnet;11)와; 그리고
회전축(9)에 장착되어 마그네트(11)와 전기적으로 상호작용하여 자력을 발생시키는 코일 조립체(Coil assembly;13)를 포함하며,
상기 충전 케이지(5)는 내부에 로터(7)가 삽입되고 2개의 관통홀(h1)이 서로 대응되도록 형성됨으로써 회전축(9)이 회전가능하게 관통하는 프레임(Frame;19)과; 프레임(19)으로부터 돌출되는 다수개의 지지대(21)와; 다수개의 지지대(21)에 의하여 지지되며 충전포트가 장착되는 포트 베이스(Port base;23)를 포함하며,
상기 코일 조립체(13)는 고정 브라켓(25)에 고정적으로 장착된 코어(Core;33)와; 코어(33)의 외주면에 반경 외측 방향으로 돌출된 다수개의 보빈(Bobin;35)과; 보빈(35)에 권취된 코일(36)과; 코어(33)의 측면에 장착되는 측판(37)을 포함하는 자가발전 충전장치(1). - 삭제

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 로터(7)는 원구형상을 가지며, 중심에는 회전축(9)이 관통되고, 회전축(9)의 선후단은 프레임(19)에 형성된 2개의 관통홀(h1)과 고정 브라켓(25)을 각각 관통함으로써 로터(7)는 회전축(9)에 의하여 충전 케이지(5)에 회전가능하게 결합되는 자가발전 충전장치(1).
