도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 합성수지 폐기물 열분해 유화 중질유를 이용한 내연기관 발전 시스템의 고형연료처리부 및 연료전환부의 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 합성수지 폐기물 열분해 유화 중질유를 이용한 내연기관 발전 시스템의 발전부 및 배가스처리부의 공정도이다.

Claims (11)
- 바이오매스계 폐기물이 아닌 고형연료를 파쇄입도 100 내지 300mm로 파쇄하는 파쇄유닛 및 자력선별기를 포함하여 전처리하는 고형연료처리부;
상기 고형연료처리부에서 전처리된 고형연료를 촉매가 투입되는 물리화학적 처리하는 연료전환부;
상기 연료전환부에서 생성된 전환연료를 선박용 중유엔진을 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 발전부; 및
상기 발전부에서 배출되는 배가스를 처리하는 배가스처리부;를 포함하고,
상기 연료전환부는 상기 고형연료를 전환연료인 액상유로 전환하며,
상기 연료전환부는 전처리된 고형연료가 투입되는 제2호퍼;
상기 제2호퍼의 하부에 로터리 킬른에 상기 전처리된 고형연료를 투입하는 투입장치;
상기 로터리 킬른에서 발생된 합성가스를 분리하는 분리장치; 및
상기 합성가스를 액상유로 전환하는 전환장치를 포함하며,
상기 액상유는 유동성을 확보하기 위하여 열매체 보일러를 이용하여 80℃ 이상으로 가열되는 발전시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고형연료는 자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률이 정한 일반 고형연료제품인 발전시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고형연료는 소정의 크기로 압축된 것인 발전시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리는 상기 고형연료를 해쇄 및 파쇄하기 위한 파쇄유닛을 포함하는 발전시스템.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전환장치에서 상기 액상유로 전환되지 못한 휘발성가스는 방폭형 송풍기를 통해 연소로에 공급되는 발전시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전환연료는 선박용 중유 엔진을 적용한 발전부를 통하여 전기를 생산하는 것인 발전시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 선박용 중유 엔진과 발전기를 연결하기 위하여 상기 선박용 중유 엔진의 회전수 대비 1.5 내지 1.8배의 증속기를 추가로 형성한 발전시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배가스처리부는 소음을 제어할 수 있는 소음기;
상기 배가스를 정화할 수 있는 멀티 사이클론 및 습식 스크러버를 포함한 발전시스템.
