Claims (14)
- 심재와, 상기 심재를 둘러싸는 봉지부재를 포함하는 진공단열재; 및 상기 진공단열재에 적층방식으로 결합되는 보강패널;을 포함하며,
상기 봉지부재는, 상기 심재의 표면에 적층되는 융착층과, 상기 융착층 표면에 적층되는 차단층과, 상기 차단층의 표면에 적층되는 보호층과, 상기 보호층의 표면 강도를 증가시키기 위하여 이의 표면에 부착되는 플로킹부를 포함하고,
상기 보강패널은, 상기 진공단열재의 저면과 상면에 각각 일체로 부착되는 제1 보강패널과 제2 보강패널로 구성되며,
상기 제1 보강패널은 건축내장재이고, 상기 제2 보강패널은 건축외장재인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강패널은 금속으로 제작되는 진공단열 복합패널. - 삭제

상기 제1 보강패널은 평판형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제2 보강패널은 상기 진공단열재의 상면과 측면을 덮되 가장자리 부위가 상기 제1 보강패널 상면에 적층되도록 결합되는 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플로킹부는 나일론, 폴리에스테르, 인견, 면사 분말, 가죽 분말 및 금강석 분말로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 소재를 정전기 원리를 이용하여 상기 보호층 표면에 부착시키는 공정을 통해 형성되는 진공단열 복합패널. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플로킹부에 사용되는 소재는 길이가 0.01 내지 100mm이고 굵기가 0.01 내지 1000 데니아인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심재는 글라스울 또는 발연실리카로 제작되는 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 하나 이상의 층으로 구성되고, 각 층은 나일론, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 무기물-증착 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 배향된 폴리프로필렌(OPP), 에틸렌 비닐 알코올(EVOH), 무기물-증착 에틸렌 비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐알코올(PVOH), 무기물-증착 폴리비닐알코올(PVOH), 오모세르(ORMOCER) 및 무기물-증착 오모세르(ORMOCER)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 진공단열 복합패널. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 무기물은 알루미늄(Al), 알루미늄 산화물(AlOx), 실리콘(Si) 또는 실리콘 산화물(SiOx)인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차단층은 무기물-증착 필름, 알루미늄 박막 또는 오모세르(ORMOCER)인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 무기물-증착 필름은 무기물-증착 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 무기물-증착 에틸렌 비닐 알코올, 무기물-증착 폴리비닐알코올(PVOH) 및 무기물-증착 오모세르(ORMOCER)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 무기물은 알루미늄(Al), 알루미늄 산화물(AlOx), 실리콘(Si) 또는 실리콘 산화물(SiOx)인 진공단열 복합패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 융착층은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLPDE) 필름 또는 캐스트 폴리프로필렌(CPP) 필름인 진공단열 복합패널.
