Claims (6)
- 로터축에 장착됨과 함께 취입구로부터 유입되는 유체를 압축하여 토출구로부터 토출하는 임펠러와,
상기 임펠러를 수용함과 함께 상기 로터축의 축선 방향으로 뻗음과 함께 상기 유체를 흡입하는 흡입구가 마련된 안내통과,
상기 안내통보다 상기 축선 방향에 직교하는 직경 방향의 외주측에 배치됨과 함께 상기 토출구로부터 토출된 압축 유체가 유입되는 와형실을 형성하는 스크롤부와,
상기 안내통을 상기 스크롤부에 장착함과 함께 머리부와 축부를 구비하는 체결 볼트를 구비하고,
상기 스크롤부는, 상기 토출구측에 마련된 내주측 단부와, 상기 내주측 단부와 상기 축선 방향으로 이간하여, 상기 흡입구측에 마련된 흡입구측 단부를 구비하며,
상기 내주측 단부에는, 상기 체결 볼트의 상기 축부의 선단이 체결되는 체결 구멍이 형성되고
상기 흡입구측 단부에는, 상기 체결 볼트의 상기 축부가 삽입되는 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있으며,
상기 체결 볼트는, 상기 머리부가 상기 안내통의 상기 유체를 흡입하는 흡입구측의 상기 흡입구측 단부에 장착됨과 함께 상기 축부의 선단이 상기 내주측 단부의 상기 체결 구멍에 체결되는 원심 압축기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 토출구로부터 토출된 상기 유체를 상기 와형실로 유도함과 함께 상기 스크롤부의 상기 내주측 단부에 장착되는 디퓨저부를 구비하는 원심 압축기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스크롤부는, 상기 와형실을 형성하는 부분으로부터 상기 직경 방향의 내주측으로 돌출하는 돌출부를 갖고,
상기 체결 구멍이 상기 돌출부에 형성되어 있는 원심 압축기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
복수의 상기 체결 볼트를 구비하고,
상기 체결 구멍은, 상기 내주측 단부의 상기 축선 둘레의 복수 개소에 형성되어 있으며,
상기 복수의 체결 볼트의 각각은, 상기 머리부가 상기 안내통의 상기 흡입구측 단부에 장착됨과 함께 상기 축부의 선단이 상기 복수의 체결 구멍의 각각에 체결되는 원심 압축기. - 청구항 1 에 있어서,
상기 체결 볼트는, 압연 강재에 의하여 형성되어 있는 원심 압축기. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 원심 압축기와,
상기 축선 둘레로 회전함과 함께 상기 로터축에 연결되는 터빈을 구비하는 과급기.
