본 발명은 미 법무부 방호기준 NIJ level Ⅳ를 만족하는 우수한 충격흡수에너지를 갖는 박형화, 경량화 투명 방탄소재를 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
Description
도 2는 미 법무부(NIJ) level Ⅲ, Ⅳ 기준의 방탄 성능평가 방법을 모식도로 보여주는 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 NIJ levelⅣ를 만족하는 투명 방탄소재의 방탄성능 평가 실시 후에 방탄소재 전면, 후면, 그리고 AL 인증막을 보여주는 사진.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 NIJ levelⅣ를 만족하는 붕규산염 강화유리가 적용된 투명 방탄소재의 광 투과율을 보여주는 그래프.

Claims (13)
- 복수 개의 붕규산염 강화유리층;
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 사이에 적층 접합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 MD층; 및
상기 MD층 보다 후방에 배치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 폴리카보네이트(PC)층을 포함하고, 상기 폴리카보네이트층의 두께는 5mm 이상이되, 상기 붕규산염 강화유리층에 함께 접합된 폴리카보네이트의 두께 및 상기 폴리카보네이트층의 접합 수량은 광 투과율 70% 이상을 만족하는 범위 내에서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 각각의 두께는 8mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리카보네이트층은 상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 보다 후방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리카보네이트층은 3개 이상 연속적으로 적층 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 폴리카보네이트층 사이에는 각각의 접합을 위한 PU층이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층과 상기 폴리카보네이트층 사이에는 각층의 접합을 위한 PU층이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
가장 후면에 적층 접합되는 비산방지층을 더 포함하고,
상기 비산방지층은 폴리에스터(PE)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 사이 또는 상기 붕규산염 강화유리층과 상기 MD층 사이에 각 층의 접합을 위한 PVB층이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 복수 개의 붕규산염 강화유리층; 및
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층의 후면에 복수 개가 연속적으로 접합되며, PU층을 매개로 접합되는 폴리카보네이트(PC)층을 포함하고, 상기 폴리카보네이트층의 두께는 5mm 이상이되, 상기 붕규산염 강화유리층에 함께 접합된 폴리카보네이트의 두께 및 상기 폴리카보네이트층의 접합 수량은 광 투과율 70% 이상을 만족하는 범위 내에서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 사이에 PVB층을 매개로 적층 접합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 MD층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 붕규산염 강화유리층 각각의 두께는 8mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
가장 후면에 적층 접합되는 비산방지층을 더 포함하고,
상기 비산방지층은 폴리에스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 방탄소재. - 삭제
