Claims (20)
- 인쇄장치(1-1000)로서,
각각이 인쇄매체의 전달방향을 가로질러 연장되어 있고 상기 인쇄매체의 전달방향을 따라 이격된 복수의 인쇄헤드 카트리지(1-20a-e);
복수의 인쇄헤드 카트리지를 지지하기 위한 인쇄헤드 샤시(1-10);
인쇄 위치, 전이 위치, 및 유지보수 위치의 사이에서 인쇄헤드 샤시를 들어올리고 하강하는 리프트 기구(1-60);
그 위 장착된 상응하는 복수의 유지보수 크레이들(3-20a-e)을 갖는 샤시 서브프레임(3-10)을 지지하고, 인쇄헤드 샤시의 아래에서 저장 위치와 작동 위치 사이에서 조작될 수 있는 유지보수 샤시(1-80); 및
유지보수 샤시에 대해 샤시 서브프레임을 미끄러지게 이동하는 서브프레임 이동기구(3-40)를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 인쇄헤드 카트리지의 각각이 압반(1-70)에 대하여 고정된 상태로 유지되되 상기 압반 상에서 인쇄매체가 전달되어 상기 인쇄매체에 인쇄를 실행하며,
상기 복수의 인쇄헤드 카트리지의 각각이 단색의 인쇄헤드 카트리지이고,
전이 위치에서, 인쇄헤드 샤시는, 유지보수 샤시가 인쇄헤드 샤시의 아래에서 저장 위치와 작동 위치 사이에서 조작될 수 있는 높이로, 압반에 대해 유지되고,
인쇄헤드 샤시, 유지보수 샤시 및 샤시 서브프레임은 각각 서로 수직인 3개의 방향으로 이동가능한 것인, 인쇄장치. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 인쇄헤드 샤시(1-10)가 그 각 모서리에서 핀부시들(2-100a-d)을 포함하는 인쇄장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 유지보수 샤시(1-80)가 그 각 모서리로부터 돌출된 위치결정용 핀들(1-100a-d)을 포함하고, 각 위치결정용 핀은 상기 인쇄헤드 샤시의 핀부시(2-100a-d) 내에 수용되게 되도록 구성되는 인쇄장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄헤드 샤시의 상기 핀부시들(2-100a) 중 하나가 상기 유지보수 샤시의 위치결정용 핀을 내부에 수용하기 위한 원형-원뿔 함몰부(9-20)를 형성하는 인쇄장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 원형-원뿔 함몰부(9-20)가 수평 평면에서 상기 핀부시 내의 상기 위치결정용 핀의 이동을 위한 자유도를 전혀 허용하지 않는 인쇄장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄헤드 샤시의 상기 핀부시들(2-100b) 중 하나가 상기 유지보수 샤시의 위치결정용 핀을 내부에 수용하기 위한 타원형-원뿔 함몰부(10-20)를 형성하는 인쇄장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 타원형-원뿔 함몰부(10-20)가 수평 평면에서 상기 핀부시 내의 상기 위치결정용 핀의 이동을 위한 하나의 자유도를 허용하는 인쇄장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄헤드 샤시를 상기 인쇄장치의 본체에 부착하기 위한 가위형 안내부(1-40)를 더 포함하고,
상기 리프트 기구(1-60)는 상기 가위형 안내부와 기계적으로 결합되어 있고,
상기 가위형 안내부와 상기 리프트 기구가 상기 인쇄 위치, 유지보수 위치, 및 전이 위치의 사이에서 인쇄헤드 샤시의 직선 이동을 실행하는 인쇄장치. - 삭제
