Claims (9)
- FFV(Flexible Feul Vehicle)의 엔진을 크랭킹하는 시동 보조 수단 및 인젝터에 구비된 인젝터 히터를 이용하여 연료를 가열하는 수단을 구비한 차량의 시동 시에 크랭킹 조건 및 연료 가열 조건을 만족한 것으로 판단한 경우에, 크랭킹 중에 인젝터 히터를 가열하여 가열된 연료를 엔진으로 공급하도록 하는 엔진의 시동 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 인젝터 히터의 가열 시간이 미리 정해진 설정값을 초과한 경우, 엔진의 냉간 시동시에 주분사 이전에, 실린더 내부에 연료 웅덩이를 형성할 수 있도록 보조적으로 전분사를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
복수의 각 기통의 크랭크 각도를 측정하여, 측정된 각도를 기초로 소정값을 초과하여 TDC에 근접한 기통에 대해 전분사를 실시하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제2항에 있어서,
상기 측정된 각도가 상기 소정값을 이하인 경우에는, 모든 기통에 대해서 전분사를 실시하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전분사를 실시한 후, 주분사 전에 상기 인젝터 히터를 이용해 가열된 연료를 전분사한 뒤에 주분사를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인젝터 히터의 가열 시간이 미리 정해진 설정값을 초과한 경우, 전분사 이후에 일정 시간 동안 연료 공급을 중단하고 스로틀을 폐쇄한 상태에서 크랭킹을 실시하는 드라이 클랭킹(dry cranking)을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제5항에 있어서,
상기 드라이 클랭킹의 실시 후,
스로틀 개도를 측정하고, 측정된 스로틀 개도가 일정값을 초과한 경우에는 스로틀을 개방하여 전분사를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제6항에 있어서,
상기 드라이 클랭킹의 실시 후,
상기 스로틀 개도가 상기 일정값 이하인 경우에는 다시 스로틀을 폐쇄한 상태에서 크랭킹을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전분사를 실시한 후, 주분사 전에 상기 인젝터 히터를 이용해 가열된 연료를 전분사한 뒤에 주분사를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법. - 청구항 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 냉시동 시에 IG On 상태를 만족한 이후 상기 크랭킹 조건을 만족하기 전에, 측정된 냉각수 온도 또는 외기 온도가 설정값 미만인 경우에는, 크랭킹 이전에 상기 인젝터 히터를 이용하여 소정 시간 동안 인젝터를 먼저 가열하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 FFV의 엔진 시동 제어 방법.
