도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 생분자 감지 장치의 개략적인 구성도이다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 생분자 감지 장치에 의해 측정된 채널 저항을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 일 실시예에 따른 생분자 감지 장치에 의해 측정된 채널 저항을 나타내는 또 다른 그래프이다.
도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 생분자 감지 방법의 순서도이다.
Claims (10)
- 센싱(sensing) 원점 회복이 가능한 생분자 감지 장치로서,
타겟 물질이 포함된 용액이 수용된 저장부;
상기 타겟 물질을 감지하도록 구성된 감지부; 및
상기 저장부 및 상기 감지부 사이에 연결되어 상기 감지부에 용액을 공급하는 흐름 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 흐름 제어부는, 상기 저장부와 상기 감지부를 연결하는 제1 유로에 설치되어 상기 타겟 물질을 포함한 용액의 흐름을 제어하도록 개폐되는 제1 밸브, 상기 저장부와 상기 감지부를 연결하는 제2 유로에 설치되어 상기 타겟 물질을 걸러 내는 필터, 및 상기 제2 유로의 상기 필터와 상기 감지부 사이에 설치되어 상기 필터에 의하여 상기 타겟 물질이 제거된 용액의 흐름을 제어하도록 개폐되는 제2 밸브를 포함하고,
상기 흐름 제어부는, 상기 제1 밸브 및 상기 제2 밸브를 교대로 개폐하여, 상기 타겟 물질이 포함된 용액 및 상기 타겟 물질이 포함되지 않은 용액을 상기 감지부에 교대로 공급하도록 용액 흐름을 제어하는 생분자 감지 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흐름 제어부는, 상기 제1 밸브 및 상기 제2 밸브를 미리 설정된 시간 간격마다 교대로 개폐하도록 구성된 생분자 감지 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 미리 설정된 시간 간격은 5 내지 20분인 생분자 감지 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 필터는 입자 크기에 기초하여 상기 타겟 물질을 여과하는 여과기를 포함하는 생분자 감지 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 필터는 상기 타겟 물질과 특이적으로 결합되는 흡착기를 포함하는 생분자 감지 장치.
- 센싱 원점 회복이 가능한 생분자 감지 방법으로서,
타겟 물질이 포함된 용액을 저장부에 주입하는 단계;
상기 저장부와 상기 타겟 물질을 감지하는 감지부 사이의 제1 유로에 설치된 제1 밸브를 개방하고, 상기 제1 유로와 상이하며 상기 타겟 물질을 걸러 내는 필터가 설치된 상기 저장부와 상기 감지부 사이의 제2 유로에 설치된 제2 밸브를 폐쇄하여 상기 타겟 물질이 포함된 용액을 공급하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 밸브를 폐쇄하고, 상기 제2 밸브를 개방하여 상기 타겟 물질이 포함되지 않은 용액을 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 생분자 감지 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 밸브를 개방하여 상기 타겟 물질이 포함된 용액을 공급하는 단계 및 상기 제2 밸브를 개방하여 상기 타겟 물질이 포함되지 않은 용액을 공급하는 단계는 미리 설정된 시간 간격마다 교대로 반복 수행되는 생분자 감지 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 미리 설정된 시간 간격은 5 내지 20분인 생분자 감지 방법.
