도 2는 상기 실시예에 있어서 배양 상청의 GC-MS 분석에 의해 구해진 각 물질의 존재량의 경시 변화를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (9)
- 분화 상태가 미지인 다능성 줄기세포 또는 다능성 줄기세포로부터 분화 유도를 행한 세포를 피검 세포로 하고, 당해 피검 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량에 기초하여 당해 피검 세포의 분화 상태를 평가하는 방법으로서,
상기 피검 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량과, 분화 상태가 기지이고 다능성 줄기세포인 대조 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량을 비교함으로써, 상기 피검 세포의 분화 상태를 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분화 상태의 평가 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대조 세포로서 분화되어 있는 것이 명확한 다능성 줄기세포를 사용하여, 상기 대조 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량에 대한 상기 피검 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량의 비가 미리 정한 역치 이상일 경우에, 상기 분화 상태가 미지인 다능성 줄기세포는 미분화 상태라고, 또는 상기 다능성 줄기세포로부터 분화 유도를 행한 세포에는 미분화 상태의 세포가 혼재하고 있다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분화 상태의 평가 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대조 세포로서 미분화인 것이 명확한 다능성 줄기세포를 사용하여, 상기 대조 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량에 대한 상기 피검 세포의 배양 상청에 있어서의 키뉴레닌의 존재량의 비가 미리 정한 역치 이상일 경우에, 상기 분화 상태가 미지인 다능성 줄기세포는 미분화 상태라고, 또는 상기 다능성 줄기세포로부터 분화 유도를 행한 세포에는 미분화 상태의 세포가 혼재하고 있다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분화 상태의 평가 방법.
