- 상면에 고정부가 돌출 형성된 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되어 상기 기판에 대해 상대 이동되는 피구동부;
상기 피구동부의 측면에 배치되어 상기 고정부와 연결되는 탄성부;
상기 피구동부의 주위를 둘러싸도록 배치되며 상기 피구동부를 서로 직교하는 X축 및 Y축 방향으로 구동시키는 구동부;
상기 구동부의 내측에 배치되어 상기 피구동부에 걸리는 동적 스토퍼; 및
상기 피구동부에 구비되는 광학 소자를 포함하고,
상기 구동부는 내측에 상기 피구동부를 향하여 연장 형성되는 제1 구동전극 내지 제4 구동전극을 포함하며, 상기 제1 구동전극 및 제3 구동전극은 서로 대향 배치되어 상기 피구동부를 정전기적 인력에 의해 X축 방향으로 구동시키고, 상기 제2 구동전극 및 제4 구동전극은 서로 대향 배치되어 상기 피구동부를 정전기적 인력에 의해 Y축 방향으로 구동시키고,
상기 제1 구동전극, 상기 제2 구동전극, 상기 제3 구동전극 및 상기 제4 구동전극은 절연막에 의해 코팅되며,
상기 동적 스토퍼는 상기 구동부의 표면으로부터 돌출되어 상기 구동부 및 상기 피구동부 사이의 공간을 따라 y축 방향으로 연장되는 연장부와, 상기 연장부로부터 x축 방향으로 절곡 또는 만곡되어 연장되는 걸림부를 포함하고,
상기 걸림부가 삽입되도록 상기 피구동부의 측면에 형성된 걸림홈을 더 포함하고,
상기 구동부와 상기 연장부 사이에 배치되어 상기 정전기적 인력에 의해 상기 걸림홈에 삽입된 상기 걸림부를 상기 걸림홈으로부터 이탈시키는 스토퍼 구동부를 더 포함하고,
상기 스토퍼 구동부는 상기 연장부를 x축 방향으로 힘을 가하여 상기 걸림부를 상기 걸림홈로부터 이탈시키고,
상기 피구동부가 구동될 때 상기 동적 스토퍼는 상기 피구동부로부터 완전히 이탈되며,
상기 동적 스토퍼는 금속과 상기 금속을 둘러싸는 절연층을 포함하는 흔들림 보정 장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 소자는 이미지 센서와, 상기 이미지 센서에 대향하는 렌즈를 포함하는 흔들림 보정 장치. - 삭제
