Abstract
Description
도 2는 GVHD 마우스 모델의 제조를 위하여 방사선을 조사한 수여 마우스에 공여 마우스의 골수 및 비장 세포를 이식한 후, 이식 경과 일수에 따른 임상적 GVHD 점수 (A), 생존율 (B) 및 몸무게 (C) 를 나타낸다. ■ 는 골수 및 비장 세포 이식으로 제조한 GVHD 마우스, ● 는 비장 세포가 아닌 골수 이식으로 GVDH가 유도되지 않은 마우스, △ 는 GVHD 마우스 모델에 화합물 A 0.3mg/kg을 투여, ▼ 는 GVHD 마우스 모델에 화합물 A 1mg/kg을 투여한 경우를 나타낸다.
도 3은 화합물 A를 처리하지 않은 GVHD 마우스 및 화합물 A를 처리한 GVHD 마우스의 각 대장 조직의 H&E 염색 결과를 나타낸다.

- (테트라하이드로피란-4-일)-[2-페닐-5-(1,1-디옥소-티오몰포린-4-일)메틸-1H-인돌-7-일]아민, 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 염 또는 입체 이성체를 포함하는, 면역 반응 억제용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피부, 혈액, 각막, 간, 폐, 장, 췌장, 심장, 신장, 골수, 줄기세포 또는 전구세포의 이식에 대한 면역 거부 반응을 억제하기 위한 것인, 면역 반응 억제용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이식편대숙주질환, 알러지성 질환, 자가면역질환 또는 염증 질환의 치료 및 예방에 사용되는 것인, 면역 반응 억제용 약학 조성물.
