Abstract
즉, 제 1 층 및 제 2 층이 교대로 적층된 합계 51 층 이상의 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 제 1 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (A) 가 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트이며, 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 성분 혹은 에틸렌나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 성분 중 적어도 1 개를 함유하는 폴리에스테르이며, 파장 400 - 750 nm 의 범위 내에서의 평균 반사율이 25 % 이하, 또한 파장 800 - 1200 nm 의 범위 내에서의 평균 반사율이 50 % 이상이며, 90 ℃ 에 있어서의 필름의 영률이 필름 종방향과 횡방향 중 적어도 일방 향에 있어서 2400 MPa 이상인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름에 의해 달성된다.

Claims (17)
- 제 1 층 및 제 2 층이 교대로 적층된 합계 51 층 이상의 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 제 1 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (A) 가 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트이며, 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 성분 혹은 에틸렌나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 성분 중 적어도 1 개를 함유하는 폴리에스테르이며, 파장 400 - 750 nm 의 범위 내에서의 평균 반사율이 25 % 이하, 또한 파장 800 - 1200 nm 의 범위 내에서의 평균 반사율이 50 % 이상이며, 90 ℃ 에 있어서의 필름의 영률이 필름 종방향과 횡방향의 적어도 일방향에 있어서 2400 MPa 이상이고, 제 1 층 및 제 2 층이 교대로 적층된 적층 구조부 (I) 의 양측에 유리 전이 온도가 90 ℃ 이상의 폴리머로 이루어지는 두께 5 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하의 보호층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 전체 반복 단위를 기준으로 하여 50 몰% 이상 95 몰% 이하의 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 성분을 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 유리 전이 온도 90 ℃ 미만의 공중합 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 유리 전이 온도 90 ℃ 이상의 폴리에스테르인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (B) 가 전체 반복 단위를 기준으로 하여 30 몰% 이상 90 몰% 이하의 에틸렌나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 성분을 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제 1 층을 구성하는 폴리에스테르 (A) 가 전체 반복 단위를 기준으로 하여 공중합량 8 몰% 이하의 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 층을 적어도 1 층 갖는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
그 자외선 흡수제의 파장 380 nm 에 있어서의 흡광 계수 ε 이 2 이상인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
파장 300 nm 이상 400 nm 미만의 범위 내에서의 평균 광선 투과율이 10 % 이하인 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
열선 차폐용으로 사용되는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
합판 유리용으로 사용되는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
그 적층 구조부 (I) 을 갖는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 편면에, 굴절률이 1.60 ∼ 1.63 이고 두께가 0.05 ∼ 0.20 ㎛ 의 도포층이 형성되어 이루어지는 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제 1 항에 기재된 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름, 및 그 편면에 금속 및/혹은 금속 산화물의 적층체가 적층된 합판 유리용 적외선 차폐 구성체이며, 상기 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서, 금속 및/혹은 금속 산화물의 적층체와 접하는 측의 보호층 두께가 5 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하이며, 상기의 금속 및/혹은 금속 산화물의 적층체는 저굴절률층과 고굴절률층이 교대로 적층된 적층 구성 (II) 를 가지고 있고, 그 합판 유리용 적외선 차폐 구성체는 400 ∼ 750 nm 의 파장 범위에 있어서의 평균 반사율이 30 % 이하, 800 ∼ 1200 nm 의 파장 범위에 있어서의 평균 반사율이 50 % 이상, 1200 ∼ 2100 nm 의 파장 범위에 있어서의 평균 반사율이 50 % 이상인 합판 유리용 적외선 차폐 구성체.
- 2 매의 유리판의 사이에, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐부티랄, 아이오노머 수지에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류로 이루어지는 수지층을 개재하여 제 1 항에 기재된 2 축 연신 적층 폴리에스테르 필름을 사이에 끼워 이루어지는 합판 유리.
- 2 매의 유리판의 사이에, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐부티랄, 아이오노머 수지에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류로 이루어지는 수지층을 개재하여 제 15 항에 기재된 합판 유리용 적외선 차폐 구성체를 사이에 끼워 이루어지는 합판 유리.
