Description
도 1 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬전지를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고분자 전해질을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 고체 고분자 전해질의 제조방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4e는 일 실시예에 따른 분산된 전해질 페이스트에 패턴을 형성시키는 과정을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5a는 광학현미경으로 관찰한 실험예1의 표현사진이며, 도 5b 내지 5c는 실험예1의 표면과 단면을 전자주사현미경(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 6a 및 도 6b는 각각 비교예 1 및 실험예 1의 진단율에 따른 점도를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 액체전해질, 광가교제 및 무기입자들을 혼합하여 전해질 페이스트를 제조하는 것;
상기 전해질 페이스트를 분산시키는 것;
상기 분산된 전해질 페이스트를 기판 상에 도포하는 것;
상기 도포된 전해질 페이스트에 패턴을 갖는 몰드를 가압하여, 상기 몰드의 상기 패턴을 상기 전해질 페이스트에 전사하는 것: 및
상기 패턴이 전사된 전해질 페이스트에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 광가교제를 광가교시켜, 고체 전해질을 형성하는 것을 포함하되,
상기 고체 전해질의 일면 상에 상기 전사된 패턴이 남아 있고,
상기 고체 전해질은:
경화된 상기 광가교제로부터 형성되고, 망상 구조를 갖는 폴리머 매트릭스;
상기 폴리머 매트릭스 내에 분산된 상기 무기 입자들; 및
상기 폴리머 매트릭스와 상기 무기 입자들 사이에 침전되고, 리튬 염 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 액체 전해질을 포함하는 고체 고분자 전해질 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 기판 상에 도포된 상기 전해질 페이스트는 10nm 내지 500mm의 두께를 가지는 고체 고분자 전해질 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 전해질 페이스트를 제조하는 것은,
상기 액체전해질과 상기 광가교제를 50:50 내지 99:1의 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 고체 고분자 전해질 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 전해질 페이스트를 제조하는 것은,
상기 광가교제를 포함하는 액체전해질 및 상기 무기입자를 10:90 내지 90:10의 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 고체 고분자 전해질 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 전해질 페이스트는 전단율 1 sec-1 조건에서 100 내지 10,000 poise의 점도를 가지는 고체 고분자 전해질 제조방법. - 삭제
