Claims (15)
- 다공성 고분자 기재; 및 상기 다공성 고분자 기재의 적어도 일측 표면상에 형성된 다공성 코팅층; 을 포함하는 복합 분리막이며,
상기 복합 분리막은 이의 최외측면 중 양면 또는 적어도 일면에 형성된 전극 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 다공성 코팅층은 무기물 입자 및 바인더 수지를 포함하며, 상기 무기물 입자는 상기 바인더 수지로 표면이 전부 또는 일부 피복되어 있어 무기물 입자 사이의 점결착 및/또는 면결착에 의해 입자들이 집적되어 층상으로 형성되고,
상기 다공성 코팅층은 상기 무기물 입자들 사이에 있는 인터스티셜 볼륨(interstitial volume)에 기인한 다공성 구조를 갖는 것이며,
상기 전극 접착층은 점착 특성을 갖는 입자상 고분자 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 유리전이온도가 -110℃ 내지 0℃이며, 용융온도가 20℃ 내지 150℃이며, 상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체의 단일 고분자 수지(homopolymer) 중합체 및/또는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체와 공단량체를 포함하는 공중합 수지 중합체를 포함하고 상기 바인더 수지는 유기 용제를 용매로 하여 준비되며, 상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 수계 용매를 분산매로 하여 준비되는 것이며, 상기 바인더 수지는 유기 용매 가용성 바인더인 것인 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공중합 수지 중합체는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체(a)와 불화비닐; 트리플루오로에틸렌(VF3); 클로로플루오로에틸렌(CTFE); 1,2-디플루오로에틸렌; 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE); 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP); 퍼플루오로(메틸비닐)에테르(PMVE), 퍼플루오로(에틸비닐)에테르(PEVE) 및 퍼플루오로(프로필비닐)에테르(PPVE) 등의 퍼플루오로(알킬비닐)에테르; 퍼플루오로(1,3-디옥솔); 및 퍼플루오로(2,2-디메틸-1,3-디옥솔)(PDD)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 공단량체(b)의 공중합 수지 중합체인 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비닐리덴플루오라이드 공중합 수지 중합체는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체가 70 중량% 내지 97 중량%의 범위로 포함되는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 (메타)아크릴계 중합체를 포함하는 입자상 고분자 중합체를 포함하는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 입자는 전기화학소자의 작동 전압 범위인 0~5V(Li/Li+)에서 산화 및/또는 환원 반응이 일어나지 않는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 입자는 이온 전달 능력이 있는 무기물 입자 및/또는 유전율 상수가 5 이상인 고유전율 무기물 입자를 포함하는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 삭제
- 유기 용제 중 무기물 입자 및 바인더 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 다공성 기재에 도포하고 건조시켜 다공성 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 다공성 코팅층 상에 입자상 고분자 중합체를 함유하는 전극 접착층 형성용 조성물을 도포하고 건조하여 전극 접착층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 전극 접착층은 점착 특성을 갖는 입자상 고분자 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 유리전이온도가 -110℃ 내지 0℃ 이며, 용융온도가 20℃ 내지 150℃ 이며,
상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체의 단일 고분자 수지(homopolymer) 중합체 및/또는 비닐리덴플루오라이드 단량체와 공단량체를 포함하는 공중합 수지 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 바인더 수지는 유기 용제를 용매로 하여 준비되며, 상기 입자상 고분자 중합체는 수계 용매를 분산매로 하여 준비되는 것이며, 상기 바인더 수지는 유기 용매 가용성 바인더인 것인 제1항에 따른 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제는 지방족 탄화수소류, 방향족 탄화수소류, 케톤류, 염소계 지방족 탄화수소류, 에스테르류, 에테르류, 알코올류, 아미드류에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 전극 접착층 형성용 조성물은 입자상 고분자 중합체가 수계 용매에 분산된 에멀젼 또는 현탁액으로 준비되는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 접착층은 다공성 코팅층의 상면에 형성되는 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 접착층은 입자상 고분자 중합체의 도공량이 0.05g/m2 내지 5 g/m2인 것인, 전기화학소자용 복합 분리막.
