상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 상기 주차가 완료되기까지 요하는 주차 시간이 짧아지도록 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 거리가 짧은 주차 경로를 산출하고, 상기 주차 경로를 따라 이동하도록 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 상기 차량의 속도가 높아지도록 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 목표 경로를 산출할 때에 사용되는 최대 곡률, 최대 곡률 변화율 및 상한 조타 속도를 포함하는 파라미터 중 어느 하나 이상의 파라미터에 대하여,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우에 이용되는 제1 파라미터보다도 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에 이용되는 제2 파라미터를 높게 설정하여, 상기 주차시킬 때의 상기 목표 경로를 산출하고,
상기 목표 경로에 기초하여 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 목표 속도를 산출할 때에 사용되는, 상한 가속도, 상한 요우 레이트, 상한 횡 가속도, 상한 조타 속도, 상한 가속 저크, 상한 감속도 및 상한 감속 저크를 포함하는 파라미터 중 어느 하나 이상의 파라미터에 대하여,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우에 이용되는 제1 파라미터보다도 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에 이용되는 제2 파라미터를 높게 설정하여, 상기 주차시킬 때의 상기 목표 속도를 산출하고,
상기 목표 속도에 기초하여 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량을 정지시킬 때의 목표 속도를 산출할 때에 사용되고, 상기 차량의 감속 개시로부터 정지시키기까지의 감속 시간에 관한 파라미터에 대하여,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우의 제1 감속 시간보다도 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우의 제2 감속 시간을 짧게 설정하여, 상기 주차시킬 때의 상기 목표 속도를 산출하고,
상기 목표 속도에 기초하여 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는,
상기 차량을 정지시키는 주차 완료 지점을, 상기 차량이 연석에 접촉하는 위치로 하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제26항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 거동의 변화에 기초하여, 상기 차량의 타이어가 상기 연석에 접촉한 것을 검지하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 상기 차량의 주차 완료 지점까지의 정지 위치 마진을 짧게 설정하여, 상기 주차시킬 때의 목표 속도를 산출하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제22항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주차에 요하는 시간의 짧음과 상기 차량의 거동의 원활함을 가중치 부여 파라미터로 하는 평가 함수를 이용하여 주차 제어를 평가할 때에,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는,
상기 주차에 요하는 시간의 짧음의 가중치 부여 파라미터를, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 높게 설정함과 함께,
상기 차량의 거동의 원활함의 가중치 부여 파라미터를, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 낮게 설정하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제29항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 거동의 원활함을, 종 속도 저크, 횡 속도 저크 및 요우 저크 중 어느 하나 이상을 이용하여 구하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 조작 명령이 상기 차량의 차실 밖으로부터 취득된 경우에는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원은 존재하지 않는다고 판단하는, 주차 제어 방법. - 차량 안팎으로부터 취득한 조작 명령을 취득하는 통신 장치와, 상기 조작 명령에 따라 차량을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비하는 주차 제어 장치이며,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하는지 여부를 판단하고,
상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재하지 않는다고 판단된 경우에는, 상기 차량의 실내에 탑승원이 존재한다고 판단된 경우보다도 주차 시간이 짧아지도록 상기 차량을 제어하는, 주차 제어 장치. - 삭제
