Claims (5)
- 후방 측으로 개구된 플런저공을 갖는 플런저와, 상기 플런저를 수용하는 전방 측으로 개구된 플런저 수용공을 갖는 하우징과, 상기 하우징 및 상기 플런저의 사이의 내부 공간을 전방 측의 저유실 및 후방 측의 압유실로 구획하고, 상기 압유실로의 오일의 유입을 허용함과 동시에 상기 저유실로의 오일의 역류를 저지하는 체크 밸브와, 상기 플런저를 전방 측을 향하여 부세하는 코일 용수철을 구비하는 텐셔너에 있어서,
상기 플런저는, 상기 저유실의 전단측을 확정함과 동시에 압압 대상을 압압하기 위한 압압전단부를 갖는 전방측 플런저 부품과, 상기 전방측 플런저 부품의 후방 측에 배치된 후방측 플런저 부품으로 구성되고,
상기 후방측 플런저 부품은, 상기 플런저 수용공의 내주면에 접동 가능하게 배치되는 후방측 접동 원통부와, 전후 방향으로 관통하는 관통공이 형성된 밸브 이동 규제부를 갖고,
상기 후방측 접동 원통부는, 상기 밸브 이동 규제부보다 전방 측에 위치하는 제1 원통부와, 상기 밸브 이동 규제부보다 후방 측에 위치하는 제2 원통부를 갖고,
상기 후방측 접동 원통부의 상기 제1 원통부에는, 그 외주 측으로부터 내주 측으로 관통하는 플런저 관통공이 형성되고,
상기 밸브 이동 규제부는, 상기 플런저 관통공을 갖는 상기 제1 원통부의 내주면, 및 상기 제2 원통부의 내주면보다 내주 측으로 돌출되어 형성되고,
상기 전방측 플런저 부품은, 상기 제1 원통부의 전단 측에 갑합되고,
상기 체크 밸브는, 상기 밸브 이동 규제부의 후방 측에 배치되고,
상기 코일 용수철은, 일단이 상기 하우징의 하우징 저부에 당접함과 동시에, 타단이 상기 체크 밸브에 당접하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전방측 플런저 부품은, 상기 압압전단부의 저면으로부터 후방 측을 향하여 돌출 형성된 환상의 감합용 돌출부를 갖고,
상기 감합용 돌출부는, 상기 제1 원통부의 전단의 내주에 압입 감합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압압전단부가, 상기 제1 원통부의 전단 측에 감합되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐셔너. - 삭제
