Abstract
유지 조성물 중의 트리아실글리세롤, 디아실글리세롤, 모노아실글리세롤 및 유리 지방산의 총량에 대한 디아실글리세롤의 비율이 20 질량% 이상, 모노아실글리세롤의 비율이 10 질량% 이하이고, 유지 조성물 중의 총 탄소수 43 이상 51 미만의 지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 2 질량% 이하인 유지 조성물.

Claims (15)
- 유지 조성물 중의 트리아실글리세롤, 디아실글리세롤, 모노아실글리세롤 및 유리 지방산의 총량에 대한 디아실글리세롤의 비율이 20 질량% 이상, 모노아실글리세롤의 비율이 10 질량% 이하이고, 유지 조성물 중의 총 탄소수 43 이상 51 미만의 지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 2 질량% 이하인 유지 조성물로서,
상기 유지 조성물은, 다음 (1), (2), (3) 및 (4) 의 공정을 포함하는 제조법에 의해서 얻어질 수 있는 것인 유지 조성물:
(1) 유지 가수 분해 효소를 사용하여, 해바라기유, 유채씨유 및 아마인유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원료 유지를 가수 분해하는 공정,
(2) 가수 분해 반응물을 냉각시켜 고체를 석출하고, 고체를 분별에 의해 제거함으로써 분별 지방산을 얻는 공정,
(3) 얻어진 분별 지방산과 글리세린을 에스테르화 반응시켜, 유지 조성물 중의 트리아실글리세롤, 디아실글리세롤, 모노아실글리세롤 및 유리 지방산의 총량에 대한 디아실글리세롤의 비율이 20 질량% 이상인 유지 조성물을 얻는 공정,
(4) 얻어진 유지 조성물에 흡착제를 접촉시키는 공정. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 α-리놀렌산 함유량이 10 질량% 이하인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 α-리놀렌산 함유량이 0 ∼ 5 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 α-리놀렌산 함유량이 0 ∼ 2 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 포화 지방산의 함유량이 8 질량% 이하인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 포화 지방산의 함유량이 1 ∼ 6.5 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 리놀레산의 함유량이 20 ∼ 60 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 리놀레산의 함유량이 30 ∼ 55 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 총 탄소수 43 이상 51 미만의 지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 1.9 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 총 탄소수 43 이상 51 미만의 지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 0.5 ∼ 1.9 질량% 인 유지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유지 조성물 중의 독일 지질 과학회 (DGF) 표준법 C-Ⅲ 18 (09) 로 측정되는 MCPD-FS 의 함유량 (ppm) 이 3 ppm 이하인 유지 조성물. - 다음의 공정 (1), (2), (3) 및 (4) :
(1) 유지 가수 분해 효소를 사용하여, 해바라기유, 유채씨유 및 아마인유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원료 유지를 가수 분해하는 공정,
(2) 가수 분해 반응물을 냉각시켜 고체를 석출하고, 고체를 분별에 의해 제거함으로써 분별 지방산을 얻는 공정,
(3) 얻어진 분별 지방산과 글리세린을 에스테르화 반응시켜, 유지 조성물 중의 트리아실글리세롤, 디아실글리세롤, 모노아실글리세롤 및 유리 지방산의 총량에 대한 디아실글리세롤의 비율이 20 질량% 이상인 유지 조성물을 얻는 공정,
(4) 얻어진 유지 조성물에 흡착제를 접촉시키는 공정
을 포함하는, 유지 조성물 중의 트리아실글리세롤, 디아실글리세롤, 모노아실글리세롤 및 유리 지방산의 총량에 대한 디아실글리세롤의 비율이 20 질량% 이상, 모노아실글리세롤의 비율이 10 질량% 이하이고, 유지 조성물 중의 총 탄소수 43 이상 51 미만의 지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 2 질량% 이하인 유지 조성물의 제조법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
얻어지는 유지 조성물이, 독일 지질 과학회 (DGF) 표준법 C-Ⅲ 18 (09) 로 측정되는 MCPD-FS 의 함유량 (ppm) 이 3 ppm 이하인 제조법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
얻어진 유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 포화 지방산의 함유량이 8 질량% 이하인 제조법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
얻어진 유지 조성물 중의 유지를 구성하는 지방산 중의 α-리놀렌산의 함유량이 10 질량% 이하인 제조법.
