Abstract
또한 상기 당류계 지방산 에스테르는 자체적으로 방부력을 가지고 있어 인체에 유해한 방부제를 첨가하지 않아도 된다는 장점을 가진다.
본 발명에 따른 지방산 에스테르는 상기와 같은 특성으로 인해 화장품, 인체세정제, 젖병세정제, 야채-과일 세정제, 주방세제 등의 사람과 접촉이 잦은 세정제 분야에 무독성 제품으로 폭넓게 제공될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 카르복실산기를 갖는 지방산과 당을 에스테르 반응시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 에스테르 반응은 70~150℃의 온도에서 알칼리 금속 촉매 및 공융용매 하에서 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 공융용매는 염화콜린과 베타인의 혼합물 또는 염화콜린, 베타인, 및 당류의 혼합물이며,
황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus), 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa), 대장균(Escherichia coli) 또는 사카로마이세스 세레비지에(Saccaromyces cerevisiae)에 대한 살균활성을 가지는, 당류계 지방산 에스테르의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 지방산은 카프릭산, 라우릭산, 미리스틱산, 파우릴산, 팔미틸산, 스테아린산, 올레인산, 리놀렌산 및 아라키돈산에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류계 지방산 에스테르 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 당은 단당류, 이당류 및 다당류에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류계 지방산 에스테르 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은 지방산 100 중량부에 대해 당 100 내지 300 중량부, 공융용매 100 내지 200 중량부 및 알칼리 금속 촉매 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류계 지방산 에스테르 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은 지방산 100 중량부에 대해 당 100 내지 500 중량부 및 알칼리 금속 촉매 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류계 지방산 에스테르 제조방법.
