Claims (4)
- 비이온성계면활성제를 초임계 이산화탄소에 첨가한 후, 교반하여 니오좀을 형성시키는 단계 (a);
상기 단계 (a) 후, 봉입대상물질을 첨가한 후, 교반하여 니오좀 내에 봉입대상물질을 봉입시키는 단계 (b);
상기 단계 (b) 후, 수용성 용매를 투입하여 이산화탄소와 용매가 공존하는 상태에서 니오좀을 분산시키는 단계 (c); 및
상기 단계 (c) 후, 초임계 이산화탄소를 제거하여, 상기 단계 (c)의 용매 내에 안전하게 분산되어 있는 니오좀을 수득하는 단계 (d);를 포함하되,
상기 단계 (c)와 단계 (d) 사이에,
이산화탄소와 용매가 공존하는 상태에 분산되어 있는 거대 니오좀을 연속적으로 고압 마이크로플루다이저에 통과시켜 나노니오좀으로 형성시키는 단계(c-1);을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오좀의 제조방법.

상기 단계 (c-1)의 고압마이크로플루다이저는,
725~17,400psi의 압력, 0~30℃의 온도, 통과횟수 1~10회의 운전 조건을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오좀의 제조방법.

상기 단계 (a)는,
10~3,000rpm의 속도로 교반하여, 30~1200nm 크기의 다중층 라멜라 니오좀을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오좀의 제조방법.
