Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
여기서 사용된 이미다졸 화합물 (B1)의 양은 전체 조성물 중의 에폭시 기의 몰 당 0.007 내지 0.025 mol의 범위이며,
임의적으로 포함되는 1급 아민 기의 총량이 전체 조성물 중의 에폭시 기의 몰 당 0.09 mol의 비율을 초과하지 않는,
섬유-매트릭스-반마감-생성물 조성물.
R1이 수소 원자, 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 기, 3 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 기, 또는 4 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴알킬 기이고,
R2 및 R3가 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소 원자, 또는 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 기이고,
R4가 수소 원자, 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 기, 벤질 기, 또는 2 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 가는 아미노알킬 기인
섬유-매트릭스-반마감-생성물 조성물.
(b) 미리 정해진 유리 전이 온도의 상위 한계 값을 초과할 때까지 특정 저장 온도에서의 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 저장 동안 시간 경과에 따라 유리 전이 온도를 측정함으로써, 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 제공으로부터 시작하여 상기 한계 값을 초과할 때 종료되는 기간을 측정하는 단계, 및
(c) 미리 정해진 점도 최소값의 하위 한계 값을 초과할 때까지 특정 저장 온도에서의 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 저장 동안 시간 경과에 따라 점도 최소값을 측정함으로써, 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 제공으로부터 시작하여 상기 한계 값을 초과할 때 종료되는 기간을 측정하는 단계
를 포함하며, 여기서 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물은 성분으로서 적어도 1종의 에폭시 수지, 1종의 증점제 및 1종의 잠재성 경화제를 포함하고,
상기 증점제는 저장 온도에서 사슬 연장을 동반하며 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 기와 반응하나 그의 반응성 또는 사용량으로 인하여 저장 시간 내에는 에폭시 수지의 완전한 경화로 이어지지 않는 반응물이며,
상기 잠재성 경화제는 저장 온도에서는 에폭시 수지와 유의하게 반응하지 않는 반응물이고,
상기 점도 최소값은 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물 중의 잠재성 경화제에 의해 초래되는 경화로 인하여 다시 점도가 상승하기 전에 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물이 미리 정해진 경화 온도로의 빠른 온도 증가시 도달하는 최저 점도 값이며,
상기 경화 온도는 잠재성 경화제가, 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 완전한 경화를 초래하는 온도이고,
잠재적 경화제와 에폭시 수지 사이의 유의하지 않은 반응은 저장 온도에서 24시간 이내에는 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물 점도의 기껏해야 배증(doubling)을 초래하는 반응이며,
상기 완전한 경화는 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 전체 에폭시 기 중의 90 % 이상이 반응된 경화이고,
점도 최소값 측정 동안의 빠른 온도 증가는 시험되는 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물의 온도가 0.1℃/초 이상으로 저장 온도로부터 경화 온도가 되는 증가이며,
상기 저장 온도는 10 내지 50℃ 범위의 온도이고, 저장 시간은 30일 이상의 기간이며,
유리 전이 온도에 대한 상위 한계 값의 선택은 해당 값이 -5 내지 +10℃의 범위가 되도록 하는 것이고, 점도 최소값에 대한 하위 한계 값의 선택은 해당 값이 0.5 내지 10 Pa*초의 범위가 되도록 하는 것인,
에폭시-수지-기재 시트 성형 컴파운드용 매트릭스로서 적합한 에폭시-수지-기재 조성물을 확인하기 위한 스크리닝 방법.
