R1는 C6~C60의 아릴기이며,
m은 1~2, n은 0~4의 정수이고,
R2는 중수소; C6~C60의 아릴기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
R3 및 R4는, i) 서로 독립적으로, C1~C50의 알킬기; C6~C60의 아릴기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되거나, 또는 ii) 서로 결합하여 적어도 하나의 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
Het은 질소를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기이고(단, 화학식 4의 경우 Het이 하기 구조인 경우는 제외하고, Het이 카바졸기인 경우를 제외하며, 하기 구조에서 Ar1 및 Ar2 는 C6~C60의 아릴기; C2~C60의 헤테로고리기; 플루오렌일기로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨),
