Claims (10)
- 하기 반응식 1에 나타난 바와 같이,
화학식 2로 표시되는 타우린 유도체염을 화학식 3으로 표시되는 천연 오일과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 타우린 유도체염은 천연 오일 1몰에 대하여 3.5몰 내지 4.5몰을 사용하여 반응시키고,
상기 반응은 210℃ 내지 230℃의 반응온도 및 20시간 내지 30시간의 반응시간 동안 수행되고,
상기 반응은 용매를 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 1로 표시되는 타우린계 계면활성제의 제조방법:

R1은 수소 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-10알킬이고;
R2는 포화 또는 불포화의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C6-20알킬이고;
M은 알칼리 금속 양이온 또는 암모늄이온이다).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 R1은 수소 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-6알킬인, 타우린계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 R1은 수소 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-3알킬인, 타우린계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 천연 오일은 팜커널오일(palm kernel oil), 코코넛오일(coconut oil), 우지오일(beef tallow oil), 팜오일(palm oil), 팜올레인오일(palm olein oil), 팜스테아린오일(palm stearin oil), 채종오일(rapeseed oil), 카놀라오일(canola oil), 면실오일(cottonseed oil), 대두오일(soybean oil), 해바라기오일(sunflower oil), 옥수수오일(corn oil), 자트로파오일(jatropha oil) 및 올리브오일(olive oil)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 이들의 혼합물인, 타우린계 계면활성제의 제조방법.
