The present invention relates to a disposable antibacterial cover, which is a disposable antibacterial cover that can be applied to bedding such as pillows, beds, and duvets that prevents the adsorption of foreign substances and the penetration of harmful bacteria and bacteria.

In general, a lot of bedding such as pillows, quilts, and beds are provided in accommodation facilities and home bedrooms. is occurring

Accordingly, various methods have been proposed to prevent contamination of pillows and bedding and to prevent the proliferation of bacteria, and a representative one of them is a cover.

As such technology, Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1869187 (Antibacterial mattress cover, registered on June 12, 2018, hereinafter referred to as 'prior art'.) has an upper cover that is a breathable fiber, and the upper cover is mutually Consists of a correspondingly formed lower cover and pulp provided between the upper cover and the lower cover, wherein the pulp comprises an adhesive line to which the upper cover and the lower cover are adhered, and a plurality of collection layers formed between the adhesive lines. Further comprising, but providing a pulp of a Korean paper material inside the upper and lower covers formed of ultrafine fibers, by applying and providing cinnamon powder having an antibacterial function to the pulp, to eradicate house dust mites generated on the mattress cover, thereby contaminating the mattress Prevents, forms the adhesive line of the pulp in a grid shape, and provides a trapping layer between the adhesive lines, thereby collecting various contaminants generated in the mattress and then posting a technology that enables simple treatment. .

However, in the case of the prior art as described above, the manufacturing process is complicated by the need to form an adhesive line in the form of a grid. There are possible drawbacks.

In addition, by applying the upper surface in contact with the user as a fiber for air permeability, there is also a disadvantage that a foreign body feeling can be felt when in contact.

In addition, the present invention has the effect of providing a disposable antibacterial pillow and cover, which is easy to manufacture and has less feeling of rejection by the user during use.

1 is a structural diagram showing the structure of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the disposable antibacterial pillow and cover of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement.

1 is a structural diagram showing the structure of the present invention.

1, the disposable antibacterial pillow and cover of the present invention uses fibers composed of the absorbent layer 1 and the waterproof layer 2 coupled to the lower end of the absorbent layer 1, and has a pillow case inside. Form a space to put a bed, or provide a rubber band at the end so that it can be covered with a bed and a blanket.

In addition, a ventilation layer 3 may be further provided at the upper end of the absorbent layer 1 so that the liquid foreign material absorbed in the absorbent layer 1 can be better absorbed.

The absorbent layer 1 is a TR nonwoven fabric made of polyester and rayon blended or mixed.

This is to apply a TR nonwoven fabric blended or blended with polyester so that the unique properties of rayon can be well expressed in order to increase absorbency and maintain the user's silk-like touch.

At this time, the TR nonwoven fabric applied to the absorbent layer 1 is a nonwoven fabric maintaining a mixing ratio of 30% to 40% of polyester and 60% to 70% of rayon.

In addition, the TR nonwoven fabric applied to the absorbent layer 1 has a unit weight of 90 g/SQM (Square Meter) to 40 g/SQM (Square Meter), or a unit weight of 90 g/SQM (Square Meter) to 40 g/SQM (Square Meter) A non-woven fabric that is a mixture of two non-woven fabrics belonging to the range is sometimes applied.

Here, the unit weight range of the nonwoven fabric applied to the absorbent layer 1 as described above is preferably 75 g/SQM (Square Meter) to 40 g/SQM (Square Meter), or the unit weight is 75 g/SQM (Square Meter). A nonwoven fabric obtained by mixing two types of nonwoven fabrics belonging to the range of 40 g/SQM (Square Meter) may be applied, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Here, when the mixing ratio of the polyester is less than 30%, the mixing ratio of rayon is relatively high, and when it is mixed in excess of 70% of rayon, the absorption power is increased, but a problem of lowering the wet strength may occur.

In addition, when the mixing ratio of polyester exceeds 40%, the mixing ratio of rayon is relatively lowered, and when less than 60% of rayon is mixed, there may be a problem that the absorption power is lowered.

Through such an optimal mixing ratio, the moisture permeability of the nonwoven fabric maintains an absorbency of 5000 g/m 2 ·24h or more, and it is possible to provide a nonwoven fabric having excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility.

Here, the two types of nonwoven fabrics having different unit weights as described above may be mixed in a ratio of 1:1 to 3:1.

A waterproof layer 2 for preventing foreign substances from contaminating bedding such as pillows, bed mattresses and quilts is coupled to the lower end of the absorbent layer 1 as described above.

The waterproof layer 2 is a PE film is applied, and the unit weight is maintained at 25 g/SQM (Square Meter).

The absorption layer 1 and the waterproof layer 2 are heat-sealed to complete an integral body, and the heat-sealing is performed by applying a temperature of 100 to 120° C. to fusion-bonding.

In addition, a ventilation layer 3 may be further provided at the upper end of the absorption layer 1 .

The TR nonwoven fabric applied to the ventilation layer 3 is a nonwoven fabric maintaining a mixing ratio of 60% to 70% of rayon to 30% to 40% of polyester.

In addition, the TR nonwoven fabric applied to the air permeable layer 3 has a unit weight less than the unit weight of the absorbent layer 1 .

For example, when the unit weight of the absorbent layer 1 is 75 g/SQM (Square Meter), 60 g/SQM (Square Meter) is maintained.

The ventilation layer 3 as described above is formed on the upper end of the absorption layer 1 through radiation.

At this time, the ventilation layer 3 has better ventilation than the absorbent layer 1, so that solid foreign substances such as liquid foreign substances and keratin can be easily collected.

To this end, the breathable layer 3 is applied with a TR nonwoven fabric having a lower density than the absorbent layer so that more ventilation holes than the absorbent layer 1 can be formed.

In addition, by applying the TR nonwoven fabric, solid foreign substances such as dust and dead skin cells can be adsorbed due to the fine static electricity generated from the nonwoven fabric.

More specifically, the pores of the ventilation layer 3 are formed to be larger than the pores of the absorption layer 1, so that when liquid foreign substances are generated, they are quickly absorbed through the surface of the ventilation layer 3, and the ventilation layer 3 ) so that it can be evenly absorbed and collected in the absorption layer 1 located next to it.

This is because the TR nonwoven fabric constituting the absorbent layer 1 has a higher weaving density than the TR nonwoven fabric constituting the breathable layer 3, and thus the pores are relatively dense, thereby preventing the absorbed liquid foreign material from flowing out.

Hereinafter, it is intended to provide test results for moisture permeability, abrasion resistance, artificial blood penetration resistance, and bending resistance of the nonwoven fabric prepared by Examples and Comparative Examples according to the present invention.
