Claims (10)
- 터치 패널과 다른 부재를 점착제층을 개재하지 않고 직접 첩합시켜 그 층간을 충전하기 위해서 사용되는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료로서,
가소화 폴리비닐아세탈을 함유하고,
20 ℃ 에서의 저장 탄성률 G'(20) 이 2 × 105 ㎩ 이상이고,
85 ℃ 에서의 저장 탄성률 G'(85) 가 1 × 106 ㎩ 이하이고,
-20 ∼ 100 ℃ 에 있어서의, 손실 탄젠트 tanδ 가 극대치가 되는 온도 Tg 가 5 ∼ 85 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
가소화 폴리비닐아세탈이 폴리비닐아세탈과 가소제를 함유하고, 상기 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈의 함유량이 50 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
폴리비닐아세탈이 폴리비닐부티랄인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
20 ℃ 에서의 저장 탄성률 G'(20) 을 85 ℃ 에서의 저장 탄성률 G'(85) 로 나눈 비율 G'(20)/G'(85) 가 10 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
20 ℃ 에서의 저장 탄성률 G'(20) 을 85 ℃ 에서의 손실 탄성률 G''(85) 로 나눈 비율 G'(20)/G''(85) 가 15 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
85 ℃ 에서의 손실 탄젠트 tanδ(85) 가 2.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
85 ℃ 에서의 손실 탄성률 G''(85) 가 1 × 105 ㎩ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
20 ℃ 에서의 손실 탄성률 G''(20) 이 2 × 105 ㎩ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다른 부재가 표면 보호 패널 및/또는 편광 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료. - 표면 보호 패널과 터치 패널의 층간, 터치 패널과 편광 필름의 층간, 및, 터치 패널을 구성하는 복수의 투명 도전 필름의 층간으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 층간이, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 터치 패널용 층간 충전 재료로 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
