- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 뉴클레오티드 서열의 178번째 뉴클레오티드가 C로 치환된, 프로모터 활성을 가지는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는, 서열번호 2의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 이루어지는, 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항의 폴리뉴클레오티드 및 목적 유전자를 포함하는 유전자 발현 카세트.
- 제1항의 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 제3항의 유전자 발현 카세트를 포함하는, 숙주세포.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 숙주세포는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물인, 숙주세포.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰인, 숙주세포.
- 제4항의 숙주세포를 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 및 상기의 배지에서 목적 물질을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 목적 물질을 생산하는 방법.
