Claims (15)
- 폴리염화비닐 수지 및 엘라스토머를 포함하는, 경도(shore A)가 65-80이고, 내열 노화 시험(70℃, 72hr) 시 가소제의 이행율이 6%이하인 자동차 내장재용 표피재로,
상기 자동차 내장재용 표피재는 폴리염화비닐 수지 및 엘라스토머를 포함하는 분말 슬러쉬 몰딩용 폴리염화비닐 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 폴리염화비닐 조성물은 코어(core); 및 코어 표면을 감싸는 쉘(shell)을 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 분말로,
상기 코어는 스트레이트 폴리염화비닐 수지(a1) 100중량부, 엘라스토머 20-80중량부, 및 가소제 20-75중량부를 포함하고,
상기 쉘은 페이스트 폴리염화비닐 수지(a2) 3-30중량부를 포함하며,
상기 쉘은 두께가 0.5-10㎛이고,
상기 엘라스토머는 입자크기가 0.01-1.0mm인 파우더 형태의 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무인 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 내장재용 표피재는 경도(shore A)가 68-77이고, 내열 노화 시험(70℃, 72hr) 시 가소제의 이행율이 5%이하인 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 내장재용 표피재는 폴리염화비닐 수지 50-70중량%, 엘라스토머 13.1-30중량% 및 가소제 15-35중량%를 포함하는 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재. - 폴리염화비닐 수지 및 엘라스토머를 포함하는 분말 슬러쉬 몰딩용 폴리염화비닐 조성물을 제조하는 단계(S1); 및
상기 폴리염화비닐 조성물을 이용하여 분말 슬러쉬 몰딩 공정을 수행하는 단계(S3);를 포함하는 자동차 내장재용 표피재의 제조방법으로,
상기 (S1)단계의 폴리염화비닐 조성물은 코어(core); 및 코어 표면을 감싸는 쉘(shell)을 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 분말로,
상기 코어는 스트레이트 폴리염화비닐 수지(a1) 100중량부, 엘라스토머 20-80중량부, 및 가소제 20-75중량부를 포함하고,
상기 쉘은 페이스트 폴리염화비닐 수지(a2) 3-30중량부를 포함하며 두께가 0.5-10㎛이며,
상기 엘라스토머는 입자크기가 0.01-1.0mm인 파우더 형태의 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무이고,
상기 자동차 내장재용 표피재는 경도(shore A)가 65-80이고, 내열 노화 시험(70℃, 72hr) 시 가소제의 이행율이 6%이하인 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무에 포함되는 아크릴로니트릴의 함량은 20-45중량%인 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재의 제조방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 가소제는 프탈레이트계 가소제, 테레프탈레이트계 가소제, 벤조에이트계 가소제, 시트레이트계 가소제, 포스페이트계 가소제, 아디페이트계 가소제, 글라이콜계 가소제, 에폭시계 가소제 및 트리멜리테이트계 가소제 중 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재의 제조방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 폴리염화비닐 조성물은 (a)폴리염화비닐 수지(a1) 100중량부에 대해 엘라스토머 20-80중량부, 및 가소제 20-75중량부를 혼합하여 코어를 형성하는 단계;
(b)상기 (a)의 코어와, 폴리염화비닐 수지(a2) 3-30중량부를 쿨링 믹서에 넣어 상기 코어 표면을 감싸는 쉘을 형성하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것인 자동차 내장재용 표피재의 제조방법. - 하부에서 상부로 순차적으로, 기재; 발포층; 및 제 1항, 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 자동차 내장재용 표피재;를 포함한 자동차 내장재.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 표피재 및 발포층의 박리강도는 9-30N/5cm인 것인 자동차 내장재. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 표피재 및 발포층의 박리강도는 13-25N/5cm인 것인 자동차 내장재. - 제 11항에 있어서,
내열 노화 시험(120℃, 500hr) 시 표피재의 경도(Shore A) 변화는 △15이하인 것인 자동차 내장재. - 제 11항에 있어서,
내열 노화 시험(120℃, 500hr) 시 표피재의 경도(Shore A) 변화는 △10이하인 것인 자동차 내장재.
