Abstract
본 발명의 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 스텐트용 복합소재 조성물은 저온 졸-겔 방법으로 제조하여 열에 약한 생분해성 수지에 대한 물리적 및/또는 화학적 손상을 저감할 수 있으며, 스텐트 튜브 압출 시 물성이 뛰어나 가공이 용이하다.
Description
Claims (10)
- (1) 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)를 20 내지 30시간 동안 건조시키는 단계;
(2) 건조된 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)를 클로로포름에 침지시키는 단계;
(3) 40 내지 60℃에서 침지된 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)를 용해시켜 졸-겔을 제조하는 단계;
(4) 제조된 졸-겔을 건조 후 분쇄시키는 단계; 및
(5) (4)단계의 분쇄된 결과물을 재건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 첨가되는 폴리락트산과 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)의 중량비는 4:1 내지 20:1인 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)단계의 건조된 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)를 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)의 중량 대비 18 내지 20배의 중량을 갖는 클로로포름에 침지시키는 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (3)단계의 용해는 200 내지 300 RPM으로 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)와 클로로포름을 혼합하며 진행되는 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (4)단계의 분쇄에 따른 입자의 평균 직경은 100㎛ 내지 3mm인 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (5)단계의 재건조에 따른 조성물의 함수율은 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%인 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제7항의 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물로 제조한 스텐트.
- 입자의 평균 직경이 100㎛ 내지 3mm인 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물로서,
스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물은
폴리락트산; 및
폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)를 포함하며;
상기 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)은 40 내지 60℃에서 클로로포름 내에 용해되어 반응하는 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리락트산은 전체 폴리락트산 및 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트) 100 중량부에 대하여 80 내지 95.3 중량부로 포함되고,
상기 폴리(L-락타이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)는 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 4.7 내지 20 중량부로 포함되는 것인, 스텐트 제조용 생분해성 복합소재 조성물.
