도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 졸음 방지 장치의 블록도이고,

Claims (12)
- 차량 내에 설치되는 졸음 방지 장치로서,
차량 운전자의 홍채 측으로 적외선 광을 조사하는 발광부;
상기 차량 운전자의 홍채를 촬영하는 적외선 카메라; 및
상기 적외선 카메라에 의해 촬영된 상기 차량 운전자의 홍채를 감지하고 미리 설정된 기준 시간을 초과하여 상기 차량 운전자의 홍채가 감지되지 않는 경우, 상기 차량 운전자가 졸음 상태인 것으로 판단하여 경고음을 발생시키는 경고음 발생부;를 포함하며,
상기 발광부는 칩 실장면을 포함하는 베이스와, 중심축선을 포함하며, 상기 중심축선이 상기 칩 실장면과 수직을 이루는 엘이디 칩과, 입사면 및 상기 입사면을 통해 입사된 광이 출사되는 출사면을 포함하는 TIR 렌즈와, 상기 TIR 렌즈와 결합되는 리플렉터를 포함하고,
상기 발광부에서 조사되는 상기 적외선 광의 지향각 패턴은 상기 중심축선에서 기울어지며,
상기 입사면의 횡단면은, 하나 이상의 곡률 반경을 가지고 상기 엘이디 칩을 향해 볼록하게 돌출된 주 입사면과, 상기 주 입사면의 가장자리에서 상기 주 입사면과 교차하며 아래로 연장된 한 쌍의 측면 입사면을 포함하며,
상기 출사면의 횡단면은 상기 주 입사면의 상측에 위치하는 주 출사면과, 상기 주 출사면의 가장자리에서 상기 주 출사면과 교차하며 아래로 연장되어 상기 한 쌍의 측면 입사면과 연결되는 한 쌍의 측면 출사면을 포함하며,
상기 주 입사면을 지나는 광의 양이 상기 중심축선을 기준으로 일측으로 치우치도록, 상기 엘이디 칩으로부터 동일한 높이에 있는 상기 주 입사면 상의 두 지점은 상기 중심축선을 기준으로 다른 거리에 있도록 하며,
상기 주 입사면은 상기 중심축선을 기준으로 구분되는 제1 주 입사면과 제2 주 입사면을 포함하며, 상기 제2 주 입사면은 상기 제1 주 입사면보다 더 아래로 치우쳐 위치하고,
상기 제1 주 입사면과 상기 제2 주 입사면은 같은 곡률 중심과 같은 곡률 반경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 졸음 방지 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 발광부는, 상기 차량 내 운전석의 등받이와 마주하는 전방 윈도우 영역 이외의 전방 윈도우 영역, 룸미러, 계기판, 대시보드, 선바이저, 센터 페시아(center fascia) 및 에어콘 그릴 중 어느 하나에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 방지 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 측면 출사면은 제1 측면 출사면과 상기 제1 측면 출사면의 상단보다 낮은 상단을 갖는 제2 측면 출사면을 포함하며, 상기 주 출사면은 상기 제1 측면 출사면으로부터 상기 제2 측면 출사면까지 아래로 경사지게 이어진 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 방지 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터는 상기 제1 측면 출사면을 거쳐 상기 주 출사면을 향해 반사시키는 적외선 광의 양이 상기 제2 측면 출사면을 거쳐 상기 주 출사면을 향해 반사시키는 적외선 광의 양보다 많도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 방지 장치.
