Claims (9)
- 제1 염색에 의하여 제1 영역이 염색된, 복수 종류의 세포를 포함하는 관찰 대상을 나타내는 제1 형광 화상, 및 상기 제1 염색과는 다른 제2 염색에 의하여, 상기 복수 종류의 세포 중의 특정의 세포에 있어서의 제2 영역이 염색된 상기 관찰 대상을 나타내는 제2 형광 화상을 취득하는 화상 취득부와,
상기 제1 형광 화상으로부터 상기 제1 영역의 윤곽을 추출하고, 상기 제2 형광 화상으로부터 상기 제2 영역의 윤곽을 추출하며, 상기 제1 형광 화상과 상기 제2 형광 화상을 중첩시킨 중첩 화상에 있어서, 상기 제1 영역의 윤곽 및 상기 제2 영역의 윤곽의 각각 대하여, 서로 인접하는 제1 기준점 및 제2 기준점을 설정하고, 상기 제1 기준점에 있어서의 상기 제1 영역의 윤곽의 방향을 나타내는 제1 정보, 상기 제2 기준점에 있어서의 상기 제2 영역의 윤곽의 방향을 나타내는 제2 정보, 및 상기 제1 기준점과 상기 제2 기준점과의 거리를 나타내는 제3 정보에 근거하여, 상기 제1 영역이 상기 제2 영역에 포함되는지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 제1 영역의 각각에 대한 제1 판정 결과를 취득하는 제1 판정부와,
