도 2는 본 발명의 실험에서 제조된 하이드로겔의 졸-겔 전이를 확인하기 위한 실험결과를 나타낸 것이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 실험에서 유효성분 혼합 정도를 비교한 결과를 나타낸 것이고,
도 4는 하이드로겔 내 유효성분의 안정성을 평가한 결과이고,
도 5는 시트층의 구조를 나타낸 것이고,
도 6은 하이드로겔 시트의 FE-SEM 이미지를 나타낸 것이고,
도 7은 본 발명의 실험에서 시트의 조작성을 평가한 결과를 나타낸 것이고,
도 8은 본 발명의 실험에서 시트 내 유효성분을 평가한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 생체적합성 하이드로겔을 포함하는 온도 감응형 복합 하이드로겔 시트에 있어서,
시트층;
상기 시트층 상에 형성되어 있는 하이드로겔층을 포함하며,
상기 하이드로겔층은 젤라틴 5 내지 30중량%, 생체적합성 고분자 1 내지 30중량%, 유효성분 0.0001 내지 10중량% 및 잔부를 포함하며,
상기 하이드로겔 층은 30℃ 내지 36℃에서 겔 상태에서 졸 상태로 변화하는 하이드로겔 시트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체적합성 고분자는 덱스트란, 카복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 히알루론산, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리카프로락톤, 알지네이트, 카라기난, 키토산, 하이드록시알킬셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 알킬셀룰로오스, 아가, 엘라스틴 및 콜라겐 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 하이드로겔 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유효성분은 세포, 세포외 소포체, 배양액, 호르몬, 탄수화물, 효소 및 성장인자 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 하이드로겔 시트. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 세포는 피부세포, 섬유아세포, 혈관 내피 세포, 신경세포, 연골세포, 뼈세포 및 줄기세포로 이루어질 수 있으며, 성장인자는 섬유아세포증식인자, 혈관 내피 성장 인자, 각질세포성장인자, 신경성장인자, 상피 세포 성장 인자 및 골 형성 성장 인자 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 세포외 소포체는 엑소좀(exosomes), 마이크로베시클(microvesicles), 엑토좀(ectosomes), 마이크로파티클(microparticles), 막소포체(membrane vesicles), 나노베시클(nanovesicles) 및 외막소포체(outer membrane vesicles) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 하이드로겔 시트. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 시트층은 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리에스테르우레탄, 폴리에틸렌비닐 알코올, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐아크릴알코올, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리스티렌, 폴리 아닐린 및 폴리우레탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자로 이루어진 하이드로겔 시트. - 제6항에 있어서,상기 시트층은 0.1-1mm 두께이며, 섬유로 이루어진 하이드로겔 시트.
