Claims (15)
- 선택적환원촉매 및 담지체를 포함하는 조성물로 형성된 다수의 셀(100)을 포함하는 모노리스 형태의 촉매구조체;
상기 촉매구조체의 출구에서 입구 방향으로 소정의 길이로 촉매구조체의 셀 표면에 코팅된 산화촉매를 포함하고,
상기 촉매구조체 전체 길이에서 산화촉매가 미코팅된 탈질영역의 길이(200)와 상기 산화촉매가 코팅된 산화영역의 길이(300) 비율인 (탈질영역 길이/산화영역 길이)가 2 초과 7 이하이며,
상기 촉매구조체는 평판형(plate), 적층형(layered), 주름형(corrugated), 허니컴(honeycomb) 형태 중 어느 하나인 질소산화물, 일산화탄소, 탄화수소 및 암모니아를 동시에 제거하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 선택적환원촉매는 0.5 내지 7중량%의 바나듐 및 2 내지 8중량%의 텅스텐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산화촉매는 0.1 내지 3중량%의 백금, 1 내지 4중량%의 바나듐 및 0 내지 4중량%의 텅스텐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체.

산화영역에서 상기 산화촉매가 상기 셀에 코팅된 두께는 상기 촉매구조체 셀에 대하여 10-200㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 담지체는 TiO2 50-90중량%포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체의 제조방법.
(a) 선택적환원촉매, 담지체, 결합제를 포함하는 원료 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
(b) 상기 원료를 모노리스 형태로 제조한 후, 건조 및 500 내지 625 ℃에서 소성하여 다수의 셀(cell)을 포함하는 촉매구조체를 제조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 촉매구조체의 출구에서 입구 방향으로 소정의 길이로 촉매구조체의 다수의 셀 표면에 산화 촉매를 코팅하는 단계;
상기 산화촉매를 코팅하는 단계에서, 상기 촉매구조체 전체 길이에서 산화촉매가 미코팅된 탈질영역의 길이(200)와 상기 산화촉매가 코팅된 산화영역의 길이(300) 비율인 (탈질영역 길이/산화영역 길이)가 2 초과 7 이하이다.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 선택적환원촉매는 0.5 내지 7중량%의 바나듐 및 2 내지 8중량%의 텅스텐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 산화촉매는 0.1 내지 3중량%의 백금, 1 내지 4중량%의 바나듐 및 1 내지 8중량%의 텅스텐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체의 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계의 산화 촉매의 코팅은, 상기 (b)단계에서 제조된 촉매구조체의 일단을 산화 촉매 성분을 포함하는 슬러리 내에 정치하는 단계;
소정 시간 동안 정치한 후에, 상기 산화 촉매 성분을 포함하는 슬러리로부터 상기 촉매구조체를 제거하고, 압축공기로 과량의 슬러리를 불어낸 후, 건조 및 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서의 소성은 450 내지 550℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈질-산화 복합 촉매구조체를 이용한 배기가스 처리방법.
