Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 가요성 폴리우레탄 포움을 형성하는 방법으로서,
a) i) 유기 아이소시아네이트를 포함하는 A-측부,
b) B-측부 중량 퍼센트는 B-측부의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여,
i) 5 내지 40 중량 퍼센트의 공중합체 폴리올,
ii) 30 내지 92.78 중량 퍼센트의 3 이상의 작용성을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올,
iii) 1 내지 30 중량 퍼센트의 자기 촉매성 폴리올,
iv) 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트의 가교제,
v) 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트의 계면활성제,
vi) 0.01 내지 2 중량 퍼센트의 하이드록시알킬트라이에틸렌다이아민 및/또는 하이드록시트라이에틸렌다이아민 촉매,
vii) 0.01 내지 2 중량 퍼센트의 3차 아민 촉매,
및
viii) 1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트의 물을 포함하는 B-측부의 반응 생성물을 포함하며;
A) 상기 A-측부와 상기 B-측부를 55℃ 이하에서 혼합하여 반응성 블렌드를 형성하며, B-측부에 대한 A-측부의 비율은 중량으로 20:100 내지 80:100의 범위 내인, 단계;
및
B) 결과물인 반응성 블렌드를 상기 반응성 블렌드를 경화시켜 폴리우레탄 포움을 형성하기에 충분한 조건으로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 가요성 폴리우레탄 포움을 형성하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 아이소시아네이트는 2,4-톨루엔 다이아이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 다이아이소시아네이트, 2,4-톨루엔 다이아이소시아네이트와 2,6-톨루엔 다이아이소시아네이트의 혼합물; 2,4'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트, 2,2'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트, 4,4'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트, 2,4'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트, 2,2'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트, 4,4'-다이페닐메탄 다이아이소시아네이트의 혼합물; 또는 이의 혼합물인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제 iv)는 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트의 다이에탄올아민 및 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트의 글리세린을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시알킬트라이에틸렌다이아민 촉매 b)vi)는 1,4-다이아자바이사이클로[2.2.2]옥탄-2-메탄올이고, 상기 3차 아민 촉매 b)vii)는 N,N,N'-트라이메틸-N'-하이드록시에틸-비스아미노에틸에테르인, 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 3차 아민 촉매에 대한 상기 하이드록시알킬트라이에틸렌다이아민 및/또는 하이드록시트라이에틸렌다이아민 촉매의 비율은 60:10 내지 10:10의 범위 내인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 폴리우레탄 포움은 저 배출 자동차 좌석 용도에 사용되는, 방법.
