Claims (5)
- 초전도 선재에 있어서,
제 1 주면과, 상기 제 1 주면과 반대측에 위치하는 제 2 주면을 가지며, 초전도 재료부를 포함하는 본체부와,
상기 본체부의 상기 제 2 주면을 지지하는 기판과,
적어도 상기 본체부의 상기 제 1 주면 상에 형성된 피복부를 구비하고,
상기 피복부에 있어서, 상기 초전도 선재의 폭 방향에 있어서의 중앙부의 표면 거칠기는 상기 폭 방향에 있어서의 단부의 표면 거칠기보다 작은
초전도 선재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 피복부의 상기 중앙부의 표면 거칠기는 0.8㎛ 이하이며,
상기 피복부의 상기 단부의 표면 거칠기는 0.8㎛보다 크고, 또한 1.2㎛ 이하인
초전도 선재. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 피복부는 상기 본체부 및 상기 기판의 주위를 덮는 금속층으로서 형성되는
초전도 선재. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 상기 초전도 선재를 권회한 코일체와,
상기 코일체에 함침되는 수지를 구비하는
초전도 코일. - 청구항 3에 기재된 상기 초전도 선재를 권회한 코일체와,
상기 코일체에 함침되는 수지를 구비하는
초전도 코일.
