- 제10항에 있어서,
불소 함유 단량체(A1)가,
CH2=C(-H)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)2-C6F13
CH2=C(-CH3)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)2-C6F13 및
CH2=C(-Cl)-C(=O)-O-(CH2)2-C6F13으로
이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물이고,
비불소 단량체(A2-1)가 팔미트산아미드에틸(메트)아크릴레이트 및 스테아르산아미드에틸(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물이고,
비불소 단량체(A2-2)가
및
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물이고,
비불소 단량체(A2-3)가 라우릴(메트)아크릴아미드, 세틸(메트)아크릴아미드, 스테아릴(메트)아크릴아미드, 및 베헤닐(메트)아크릴아미드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 표면 처리제. - 제10항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가, 발수제, 발유제, 방오제, 오염 탈리제, 박리제 또는 이형제인 표면 처리제.
- 액상 매체의 존재 하에서, 불소 함유 단량체(A1) 및 탄화수소기를 갖는 비불소 단량체(A2)를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여, 불소 함유 중합체(A)의 분산액 또는 용액을 얻는 공정을
갖는, 제10항에 기재된 표면 처리제를 제조하는 방법. - 제10항에 기재된 표면 처리제를 기재에 적용하는 것을 포함하는, 처리된 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가 석재 및 금속을 제외한 기재용인, 표면 처리제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 기재가 섬유 제품, 종이, 피혁, 수지 및 유리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 표면 처리제.
