Abstract

The present invention relates to a mini park golf course array, wherein, on an indoor/outdoor floor surface (B) which serves as a fairway, a course fence (Fc) for dividing, which is a net (N) disposed in a square frame (R), and a gate fence (Fg) are disposed in a zigzag shape to form a course path (R) having a plurality of dividing green courses (C1, C2, C3, . . . CN), and each of the dividing green courses (C1, C2, C3, . . . CN) further includes a terrain component (E), an obstacle component (O), and a green component (G) as green beach objects, wherein the terrain component (E) is a beach object that changes the terrain shape on the floor surface (B) which serves as a fairway, the obstacle component (O) is a beach object that is disposed on the floor surface (B) and functions as an obstacle such as a rough, a bunker, or a water hazard, and the green component (G) is a green component of the entire dividing green course (C1, C2, C3, . . . CN). It is a beach object as a target object placed on one or the final segment course (CN), and is characterized in that it is placed by selectively combining at least one of the terrain component (E), at least one of the obstacle component (O), and at least one of the green component (G) on each of the segment green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

MINI PARK GOLF COURSE ARRAY

The present invention relates to a mini park golf course array, and more specifically, to a mini-type park golf course that can be installed indoors and outdoors and provides a mini-size park golf course as a single complete system so that it can be used for recreational sports by the elderly and others.

In recent years, the elderly population has been increasing rapidly, and the demand for sports facilities has also increased significantly.

In the case of the elderly, there is a great desire to find pastimes, participate in social activities, and maintain sociality, and furthermore, interest in health management is very high, so each local government is increasing sports facilities to meet this demand.

Most of the sports facilities for the general public or the elderly are various sports facilities or gateball and tennis courts installed in certain spaces such as parks, riverbeds, and idle lands. However, since most of them are established and implemented based on local government budgets, there are many difficulties in greatly expanding such facilities.

In particular, gateball is considered a desirable facility in that it provides exercise and a social gathering place for the elderly to maintain physical strength, but the simplicity of its rules and operation methods causes people to soon lose interest, and in the case of the elderly who played golf in their youth, they tend to avoid it because of the course and rules that leave little room for applying their personal skills, or because they perceive it as a sport for the elderly.

As an alternative to gateball, wooden golf clubs that provide limited hitting power and park golf with a reduced shape, number of shots, and various rules have become widely popular in recent years.

In particular, park golf is considered desirable because it allows the player to set rules arbitrarily in addition to the recognized international standards and because it can be operated in a manner similar to actual golf, which makes it interesting.

However, park golf also requires a significant amount of idle land for installation, so it is difficult for each local government to popularize it. Although it is expected to be popularized by the private sector, there is not much participation because profitability is not guaranteed.

Considering these points, there is a demand for mini park golf courses that can be installed indoors in buildings or on idle land near residential areas. In the case of indoor mini park golf courses, it is thought that rapid spread is possible if they are distributed in the form of chain stores and, furthermore, if there is support from local governments, they can be installed in basements of buildings or on idle land near residential areas.

In other words, if a mini park golf course is installed indoors or outdoors within walking distance, it will be very easy for the elderly to access, and will have many advantages as a form of recreational sports.

In the ‘mini golf field structure’ of Korean Publication Patent No. 10-2014-0074436,

A golf course is composed of a green (G) having a hole cup to complete the required number of strokes with par 2 by omitting the fairway in the hole; and a tee area (T) for hitting a golf ball with a club within or around the green; at least two par 2 greens (PG) are installed with the tee area corresponding to the green as the same to enable the game with par 2.

In the miniature golf course of the above-mentioned conventional technology, a form that is close to the configuration of an actual golf course or a configuration suitable for performing a method suitable for indoor operation in the operation of a game is disclosed.

There is no prior art with a concept, facility, or configuration similar to the mini park golf course array of the present invention.

Accordingly, there is a growing need for a mini park golf course having a configuration and system suitable for operation indoors or in narrow outdoor spaces by miniaturizing park golf, and the present invention provides a system as a combination of configurations that can achieve such a purpose.

Accordingly, the present invention has been invented to solve the problems of the prior art as described above.

On the indoor and outdoor floors that serve as fairways, a course fence and gate fence, which are nets laid in a square frame, are laid in a zigzag shape to form a course path with multiple green courses.

Each of the above-mentioned green courses has at least one green beach material, which is a terrain component, an obstacle component, and a green component, and is selectively installed as such.

The above terrain feature is a beach that changes the terrain shape on the floor surface, which is the fairway, and the above obstacle feature is a beach that is placed on the floor surface and functions as an obstacle such as rough, bunker, or water hazard.

It is a target object placed as a target object in one or the final section course of the entire section green course of the above green composition area.

It is characterized in that each of the above-mentioned green courses is provided with a combination of at least one of the above-mentioned terrain composition sections, at least one of the above-mentioned obstacle composition sections, and at least one of the above-mentioned green composition sections,

The mini park golf course array of the present invention is intended to provide a mini park golf course that is extremely easy to install in a limited indoor space or a narrow outdoor area and can be configured with a low installation cost.

Furthermore, it has the effect of eliminating social alienation among the elderly by serving as a form of physical education for the elderly and as a place for social interaction.

In addition, in the case of a business operator who operates a franchise chain using the mini park golf course array of the present invention as content, it can be a desirable business means of generating profits by utilizing indoor spaces such as idle basements.

The mini park golf course array of the present invention can be applied indoors, and for outdoors, it can be installed in idle land in residential areas, riverbeds, etc., and has the advantage of being extremely simple to install and dismantle, so it can be installed even in temporary spaces.

In addition, the subject playing can continuously generate interest and obtain the effect of exercise by changing the combination of objects and rules in various ways.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of a preferred embodiment of a mini park golf course array of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the following description, specific descriptions of parts that can be easily implemented by a person skilled in the art may be omitted.

In addition, even if the absence numbers in the description below overlap with the absence numbers of the conventional sailors described above, the absence numbers of the present invention take precedence.

The mini park golf course array (A) of the present invention is not limited to indoors and can be applied with the same concept to narrow outdoor areas.

In the case of indoors, it is most desirable to install it in an indoor space such as a basement of a building near a residential area of about 30 to 60 pyeong, and in the case of outdoors, it can be installed in an idle land of a residential area, a riverbed, etc., and the park golf range array (A) of the present invention is all assembled, so that installation and disassembly are extremely simple, and thus it can be installed even in a temporary space.

The mini park golf course array (A) of the present invention is as shown in Fig. 1.

A system is provided that combines and configures various types of beach materials by providing partition means on the indoor and outdoor floor surfaces (B) where artificial grass is planted and used as fairways, and partition green courses, which are partition spaces formed by each partition means, and the entire composition is provided as a set component.

The park golf course array (A) of the present invention can form a combination of various types of park golf courses by combining various components, and can be utilized as a sports facility or a place for entertainment.

On the indoor and outdoor floor surfaces (B), a course fence (Fc) and a gate fence (Fg) for dividing are provided as identical components, and each of the course fences (Fc) and the gate fence (Fg) is closed off with a net (N) that is installed in a roughly rectangular frame (R) of constant vertical height, and is used in multiple pieces as partitions for dividing.

Each of the multiple course fences (Fc) and gate fences (Fg) can have different horizontal lengths, and a leg plate (P) is provided at the bottom of each upright, so that individual course fences (Fc) and gate fences (Fg) can be placed and combined on the floor surface (B) at any position and angle.

By combining the course fence (Fc) and gate fence (Fg) as described above, the course path (R) that serves as the course of the game is formed with the course fence (Fc), and the gate fence (Fg) is positioned perpendicular to each course fence (Fc) to divide and arrange them, so that the entire course path (R) is formed by arranging them in a zigzag shape in the narrow indoor space, thereby forming a plurality of divided spaces, called divided green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

Accordingly, the course fence (Fc) and the gate fence (Fg) can be set to have a plurality of, preferably nine, segmented green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.), and the number of segmented green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.) can be increased or decreased and the form of the courses can be changed arbitrarily depending on the area of the indoor floor surface (B) where it is installed, which provides the advantage of being able to be configured arbitrarily by the user without following international standards.

This is because the park golf range array (A) of the present invention is not for competition according to official standards, but for exercise and entertainment.

In each course formed by the above sectioned green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.), as shown in Fig. 2 and below, one or more individual green beach objects are selectively arranged in combination, and each of the green beach objects (Green Objects) is described below.

Green beach equipment is a facility placed in each section of the green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.), and can be broadly divided into terrain component (E), obstacle component (O), and green component (G), but this division is only a terminological name, and various configurations are possible.

The terrain composition (E) is a political structure that gives the feeling of an actual park golf course field (including fairway) to the floor surface (B) by using the sectioned green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

The first topographical structure (E) below Fig. 2 is as shown,

It is a heel plate (10, 11) that is folded into a cross-sectional outline of a triangle, a circular arc, a square, or a polygon (not shown) and is a long slender tube body.

The heel plate (10, 11) is also used to form the terrain of the golf course on the floor surface (B), which is the fairway, and its surface is covered with artificial grass that is laid on the floor surface (B) to give it the feel of an actual field.

Also, by distributing one or more heel plates (10, 11) of the terrain composition (E) or not distributing them in each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.), the golfer recognizes them as rough or a sloped field area, and by avoiding the heel plates (10, 11) and hitting the ball along the course path (R) or by going over a triangular or circular slope (10', 11'), the golfer can set various hitting directions.

The second topographical structure (E) shown below in Fig. 2 is a railway (20) as shown.

This railway (20) forms a long, open ramp in the shape of the letter "ㄷ" in cross section, and has a configuration in which the first railway (21), the second railway (22), and the third railway (23) can be laid out so as to overlap each other at their ends, and a leg bar (22', 22") having a height is fixed upright below the second railway (22) in the middle, so that the first railway (21) and the second railway (22), which overlap at their ends, form a constant angle of incline, thereby forming a ramp higher than the fairway of an actual golf course.

The railway (20) formed by the first railway (21), the second railway (22), and the third railway (23) overlapping at their ends may or may not be placed on each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.), and by being placed, the golfer recognizes it as a terrain feature or uses the railway (20) to hit the ball to form the shortest wave.

In particular, the third topographical structure (E) of Fig. 3 is a hill disk (30, 31) as shown.

The heel disc (30, 31) is a flat square, polygon (not shown) or circular disc with a cross-section that slopes upward toward the center, and is also placed on the course path (R) of an obstacle or slope golf course to give the feeling of rough or natural terrain, thereby transforming the terrain and adding fun to the shot.

Likewise, one or more heel discs (30, 31) may or may not be placed in each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.), and by being placed, golfers can recognize them as terrain and avoid them or use the slope to hit balls in various directions to minimize damage.

Below, the obstacle configuration (O) is described.

The obstacle structure (O) that can be optionally placed in each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) is an obstacle fence (50) that is identical to the course fence (Fc) and gate fence (Fg) described above, as shown in Fig. 7.

The obstacle fence (50) is constructed by blocking with a net (N) installed on a roughly rectangular frame (FR) with a constant vertical height and is used as a partition for obstacles to the path, and a leg plate (not shown) for upright standing is fixed to the lower part of the fence.

The obstacle fence (50) has a horizontal length smaller than that of the course fence (Fc) and the gate fence (Fg), but is shorter than the horizontal length of the course fence (Fc) to block a portion of each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

Obstacle fences (50) of this configuration are installed one or more times in each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) or are not installed at all, so that golfers recognize them as obstacles such as rough, sand bunkers, and water hazards of an actual golf course, and golfers avoid the obstacle fences (50) to form a course path (R), thereby increasing the difficulty of progression.

As well illustrated in FIG. 2 and FIG. 8, the second obstacle structure (O) is one or more block bars (60, 61, .. 6N) standing upright on the installation floor surface (B) that becomes the fairway as illustrated.

Block bars (60, 61) are obstacles made by painting the body of a straight body with a color that is highly visible. One or more block bars (two in the drawing: 60, 61) can be combined and placed on the floor (B) to be used as an arbitrary obstacle, like rough on an actual field, in the course of a park golf ball.

Block bars (60, 61..N) are also provided so that one or more may or may not be excreted in each section green course (C1, C2, C3..CN), so that golfers avoid the block bars (60, 61..N) and follow the course path (R), thereby adding difficulty to the progression.

The third obstacle structure (O) well illustrated in Figures 5 and 6 is a semicircle (70) having a bent body, which is an upright semicircular body and has leg plates (71, 72) for uprighting fixed to the lower side by welding, riveting, or the like, and a pair of block bars (75, 76) that are arranged at an arbitrary angle to the side of the semicircle (70) to form an obstacle line. The block bars (75, 76) also have leg plates (75', 76') fixed to the lower floor surface (B) for installation.

Obstacles (O) of this configuration can be placed on the course path (R) formed by the first section course (C1) and used as the starting point (tee ground) for hitting a park golf ball, or by placing one or more on each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) so that golfers recognize them as obstacles.

As well illustrated in Figures 4, 5, and 6, the fourth obstacle component (O) is a circle (80) or a half circle (85) formed by bending the body. The circle (80) or the half circle (85) is simply used as an obstacle, such as a sand bunker or a water hazard on an actual golf course, placed on the floor surface (B) of the fairway.

In the green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) of the section, there is a club (not shown) installed at one or more locations on the course path (R) and it functions as an obstacle when hitting the ball, so the golfer must avoid it while hitting the ball, which causes an increase or decrease in the number of strokes.

Circles (80) or half circles (85) are also placed on the course path (R) and are recognized as obstacles by golfers by placing one or more of them in each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

Describes the composition of the green component (G).

The first green component (G) as disclosed in the entire drawing and in detail in Fig. 7 is a green target (90), and this green target (90) is composed of a hole cup (91) that is formed with a cross-sectional slope and is buried in the center of a circular green field portion (92) that is an artificial grass chain, and a hole cup indicator (93) that is an upright flag in the center of the hole cup (91).

Green targets (90) are also placed on the section green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.) on the course path (R), which is the fairway. One or more of them are placed on each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) or none are placed on each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) or they are placed on the final section green course (CN). The golfer must make a hole-in on this green target (90) to proceed to one of the next section green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.).

Another embodiment of the green component (G) is illustrated in Fig. 9, where only the green score board target (110), which is the green component (G), is illustrated separately.

It consists of a guide circle (111) for visual recognition and a pair of guide bars (116, 117) for guiding a golf ball to the guide circle (111), an inner guide circle (112) and a scoreboard (113), a hole cup green section (114), a hole cup (115), and a hole cup sign (119) in the center of the scoreboard (113).

The guide bars (116, 117) are each bars of a separate pipe body, and are provided with a leg plate (not specifically designated) that serves as a fixing member for the floor surface (B) downward, so that they can stand upright. The guide circle (111) combined with the guide bars (116, 117) is a pipe body of a semicircular shape formed upward, and can be placed upright at any location by a bridge (111-1, 111-2) that is also welded and fixed downward.

When the above guide bars (116, 117) are placed adjacent to both ends of the guide circle (111), the park golf ball (not shown) putted by the golfer is easily guided by the guide bars (116, 117) spread out at an open angle and enters the lower space formed by the guide circle (111).

The inner guide circle (112) is a conventional ring-shaped metal or synthetic resin pipe body that surrounds the inner scoreboard (113) and is a guide body that is open only in the part that comes into contact with the above-mentioned guide circle (111).

The hole cup (115) is a typical hole cup for park golf, and is formed with a cross-sectional slope to accommodate the hole cup (115) and is embedded in the center of a roughly circular hole cup green section (114) made of artificial grass.

By providing the green component (G) of the above-mentioned configuration, the green score board target (110) is disposed in one of each of the segmented green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.), more preferably in the last segmented course (CN), and is employed as one of the amusements for scoring points in the final round.

Another embodiment of the green configuration (G) is shown separately and independently in FIGS. 10 and 11.

The Yut board-shaped green target (120) is configured in the same manner as the embodiment of FIG. 9, but the scoreboard is configured as a Yut board-shaped target (125) arranged in a circular shape, and the target items on the Yut board-shaped target (125) are configured in various arrangements (for example, do, gae, geol, yut, mo, ddeutdo), so that the target items can be placed in one of the installed section green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.), or in the section course (CN), which is the final course, by hitting a park golf ball and landing it on a target item of a specific target shape on the Yut board in the Yut board-shaped green target (120) , and then the Yut Nori can be enjoyed by moving the piece on a Yut board that is not shown separately.

An exemplary Yut board-shaped target (125) is disclosed as a plan view in Fig. 11.

This is because the purpose of the mini park golf range array (A) of the present invention is not to exercise for competition, but to increase physical strength and induce interest through exercise for the enjoyment of users, such as middle-aged and elderly people.

Each green beach material of the above-mentioned terrain composition area (E), obstacle composition area (O), and green composition area (G) is combined and placed in one or more of each section green course (C1, C2, C3, etc.) as exemplarily illustrated in each drawing to form the entire park golf course array (A), thereby enabling the combination to be changed at any time as needed, thereby generating continuous interest.

The mini park golf course array (A) of the present invention can provide various configurations of terrain structures, obstacle structures, and green structures in addition to the green beach material described above, and it goes without saying that all such modified embodiments having the same technical idea are included in the technical scope of the present invention.

In a mini park golf course, a course fence (Fc) and a gate fence (Fg) for dividing, which are nets (N) installed in a square frame (R) on an indoor/outdoor floor surface (B) that serves as a fairway, are installed in a zigzag shape to form a course progression path (R) with a plurality of dividing green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.);
Each of the above sections of green courses (C1, C2, C3, etc.) includes green beach objects that constitute terrain components (E), obstacle components (O), and green components (G).
