Claims (7)
- 내열도료 조성물로서,
상기 내열도료 조성물이 실록산계 바인더(A), 알루미늄 분말(B), 및 인산마그네슘계 화합물을 함유하는 방청안료(C)를 포함하고,
상기 실록산계 바인더(A)가 실리콘 레진(A1), 실리콘 올리고머(A2) 및 에틸실리케이트(A3)를 함유하며,
상기 실리콘 레진(A1)이 상기 에틸실리케이트(A3) 이외의 화합물이고, 또한, 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000 이상인 화합물이며,
상기 실리콘 올리고머(A2)가 상기 에틸실리케이트(A3) 이외의 화합물이고, 또한, 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000 미만인 화합물이며,
상기 알루미늄 분말(B)의 함유량이 상기 내열도료 조성물의 고형분 100 질량%에 대해 10 질량% 이상인,
내열도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방청안료(C)가 추가로 인산아연계 화합물을 함유하는, 내열도료 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
추가로 경화 촉진제(D)를 포함하는, 내열도료 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
안료 용적 농도가 25∼55%인, 내열도료 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 내열도료 조성물로 형성된 내열도막.
- 기재와 제5항에 기재된 내열도막을 포함하는 내열도막 부착 기재.
- 아래 공정 [1] 및 [2]를 포함하는, 내열도막 부착 기재의 제조방법.
[1] 기재에 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 내열도료 조성물을 도장하는 공정
[2] 도장된 내열도료 조성물을 건조시켜서 내열도막을 형성하는 공정
