Claims (18)
- 구조적 결함(structural defect)(55)을 갖는 터빈 컴포넌트(turbine component)(10)의 팁 부분(tip portion)(22)을 보수하기 위한 방법으로서,
초합금 기반 재료를 포함하는 터빈 컴포넌트(10)의 팁 부분(22)에 구조적 결함(55)을 갖는 상기 터빈 컴포넌트(10)를 제공하는 단계;
상기 터빈 컴포넌트(10)의 상기 팁 부분(22)을 기계가공 또는 절단함으로써 손상된 섹션(section)을 제거하는 단계;
상기 터빈 컴포넌트(10)의 나머지 부분의 상부 표면과 정합하도록 구성된 사전 소결된 프리폼(PSP; pre-sintered preform)(60)을 제공하는 단계;
상기 PSP(60)를 상기 상부 표면에 도포하는 단계 ― 상기 PSP(60)는 초합금 재료(superalloy material) 및 납땜 재료(braze material)를 포함함 ―; 및
