Claims (17)
- 하기를 특징으로 하는, 200㎛ 이하의 평균크기를 가지고 있으며, 폴리아미노산에 기초한 유형의 활성 성분 운반을 위한 입자:- 구성 폴리아미노산(PAA)은 AAN과 AAI의 적어도 2가지 유형의 반복 아미노산을 함유하고 있으며:◆ 유형 AAN은 소수성인 중성 아미노산에 상응하고◆ 유형 AAI는 이온화될 수 있는 측쇄를 가지고 있는 아미노산에 상응하며, 여기에서 유형 AAI 반복 아미노산의 적어도 일부는 이온화된 형태로 있고,각 유형의 반복 아미노산, AAN과 AAI는 동일하거나 서로 상이하며.- 폴리아미노산의 중량 평균 분자량 Mw는 4,000 D이상이며, 바람직하게는 5,000 D 이상이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,- 구성 PAA는 블록 PAA 및/또는 랜덤 PAA이며,- ◆ 블록의 PAA의 경우·AAN/AAN + AAI의 몰비는 ≥ 6%, 바람직하게는 ≥ 15%이고,·Mw ≥ 5,500D, 바람직하게는 6,500 D ≤ Mw ≤ 200,000 D, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 8,000 D ≤ Mw ≤ 200,000 D이며,◆ 랜덤 PAA의 경우·AAN/AAN + AAI의 몰비는 ≥ 20%, 바람직하게는 ≥ 25%이고,·Mw ≥ 10,000 D, 바람직하게는 20,000 D ≤ Mw ≤ 500,000 D, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 20,000 D ≤ Mw ≤ 150,000 D인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, AAN은 Leu-Ile-Val-Ala-Pro-Phe- 및 그의 혼합물에서 선택되며, AAI는 Glu 및/또는 Asp로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 평균 폴리아미노산 농도가 0.01 내지 25 건조중량%, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 10 건조 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자가 평균크기가 0.01 내지 0.5㎛, 바람직하게는 0.03 내지 0.4㎛인 나노운반 입자(NDP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자가 평균크기가 0.5㎛이상, 바람직하게는 20㎛을 초과하지 않는 마이크로운반 입자(MDP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 입자가 제 5 항에 따른 입자로부터 수득되며, 이들이 바람직하게는 일종이상의 응집제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일종 이상의 활성 성분을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 하기를 특징으로 하는 활성 성분의 운반체로서 사용될 수 있는 폴리아미노산 기재의 입자의 제조 방법:- ◆ 적어도 두종류의 반복 아미노산, AAN 과 AAI를 함유하며;· AAN 유형은 소수성인 중성 아미노산에 상응하고·AAI 유형은 이온화가능한 측쇄를 가지고 있는 아미노산에 상응하고,여기에서, 각 유형의 반복 아미노산, AAN과 AAI는 상이하거나 동일하며,◆ AAN/AAI+AAN 몰비는 ≥ 3%, 바람직하게는 ≥ 5%이고,◆ 폴리아미노산의 중량평균 분자량 Mw는 4,000 D이상이며, 바람직하게는 5,000 D 이상인 폴리아미노산(PAA)를 사용하고,- 이들 폴리아미노산을 액체, 바람직하게는 염수 용액에서 AAI 유형의 아미노산의 적어도 일부가 이온화되는 형태로 되는 선택된 값으로 pH 를 조정하여 분산시키고- 그 결과 입자의 콜로이드 용액을 수득한다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, AAN은 Leu-Ile-Val-Ala-Pro-Phe- 및 그의 혼합물에서 선택되며, AAI는 Glu 및/또는 Asp로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 폴리아미노산을 매질내에 도입하기 전에, 일종 이상의 활성 성분을 액체내에 용해시켜 활성 성분이 적재된 입자의 콜로이드 용액을 상기 도입 후 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 91 항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 염 및/또는 산 및/또는 염기 및/또는 적절하게는 이온성인 중합체로 구성되는 일종 이상의 응집제를 사용하여, 입자를 응집하는 부가적인 1회 이상의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, % 중량/부피로 표시도는 용액중의 폴리머의 농도는 10-2이상, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 30, 훨씬 더 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 5에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 약제이며, 바람직하게는◆ 단백질 및/또는 펩티드, 이중에서 가장 바람직한 것은 헤모글루빈, 시토크롬, 알부민, 인터페론, 항원, 항체, 칼라토닌, 에리트로포이에틴, 인슐린, 성장호르몬, 인자 IX, 인터류킨 및 그의 혼합물을 들 수 있으며,◆ 다당류, 더욱 구체적으로는 헤파린,◆ 핵산, 바람직하게는 RNA 및/또는 DNA의 올리고뉴클레오티드 그리고◆ 그의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 일종 이상의 백신으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, AP가 일종 이상의 식물 보호제 또는 화장품으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자.
- 제 1 항에 따른 입자 및/또는 제 9 항의 방법에 의해 수득된 입자를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제, 영양제, 식물보호제 또는 기능성 화장품.
