Description
Claims (18)
- 유체를 환자로 그리고 환자로부터 전달시키기 위한 의료용 커넥터에 있어서,제1 유체원과 유체 연통하는 상류 지류와 그리고 환자와 유체 연통하는 하류 지류를 가진 제1 도관과,상기 제1 도관과 유체 연통하는 제2 도관과,상기 밸브가 감압 상태인 경우에는 상기 제1 유체가 상기 밸브를 통해 유동할 수 있도록 배치되고 상기 제2 도관에 삽입된 루어가 상기 탭을 압축함으로써, 상기 커넥터를 통한 상기 제1 유체의 유동을 저지하는 동시에 상기 루어로부터 상기 환자로의 유체 유동과 상기 환자로부터 상기 루어로의 유체 유동 모두를 허용하도록 상기 제2 도관 내로 연장하는 탭을 가진 중공 탄성 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 의료용 커넥터는 상기 제2 도관의 내벽을 따라 배치된 돌기도 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 환형 링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 상기 제2 도관의 내벽을 따라 배치된 한 쌍의 탭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 밸브가 감압 상태인 경우에 상기 제1 도관의 내벽과 견고한 유체 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도관 내의 제1 위치에 상기 루어가 삽입되어 상기 제2 도관의 무효 공간이 실질적으로 최소화될 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2 유체를 상기 루어로부터 상기 제2 도관 내로 방출하면 상기 밸브가 변형되어, 상기 제2 유체가 상기 제1 도관에 진입하여 환자로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 제2 유체가 상기 제2 도관으로부터 상기 제1 도관으로 통과한 후에 원위치로 감압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도관 내의 제2 위치로 상기 루어가 삽입되어서 상기 밸브의 상기 탭을 경사시켜 상기 제1 유체가 상기 밸브를 지나 이동하는 것이 저지되도록 상기 밸브를 붕괴시키는 동시에, 상기 루어와 환자 사이에서 유체 연통이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 루어는 상기 돌기의 횡단시에 가청음을 내게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도관은 상기 제2 도관을 상기 루어에 체결시키는 로킹 기구도 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 커넥터.
- 유체를 환자로부터 유입 및 인출시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,루어를 제1 도관, 제2 도관 및 중공 탄성 밸브를 가진 의료용 커넥터의 제2 도관의 제1 위치에 삽입하여 상기 밸브가 감압 상태인 경우에는 상기 밸브를 통해 제1 유체원을 유동시킬 수도 있고 상기 밸브가 압축 상태인 경우에는 상기 밸브를 통한 상기 제1 유체원의 유동이 저지되게 하는 단계와,상기 루어에 함유된 제2 유체를 상기 제2 도관 내로 가압시킴으로써 상기 밸브를 약간 변형시켜 상기 제1 및 제2 유체 모두를 동시에 상기 의료용 커넥터를 통해 환자로 이동시킬 수 있게 하는 단계와,상기 루어와 환자 사이의 유체 연통은 유지시키면서 상기 제1 유체원이 상기 밸브를 가로막지 않도록 상기 루어를 상기 제2 도관의 제2 위치에 삽입시키는 단계와,유체를 상기 환자로부터 상기 제1 및 제2 도관을 통해 그리고 상기 루어 내로 인출시키는 단계와,상기 루어를 제거시킴으로써 상기 제1 유체의 상기 유동을 환자로의 상기 의료용 커넥터를 통해 유체원으로부터 재성립시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 루어가 상기 제2 도관 내의 제2 위치 내로 삽입되는 경우에 가청음이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 루어를 제2 위치 단계로 상기 삽입시킨 후에 상기 인출 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 루어를 제2 위치 단계로 상기 삽입시키기 전에 루어를 제1 위치로 삽입시키는 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 루어를 제1 위치 단계에 삽입시키기 전에 루어를 제2 위치에 삽입시키는 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가압 단계전에 상기 인출 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 인출 단계전에 상기 가압 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
