Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편에 있어서,a) 그의 양단부를 이격되게 당길 때 그 직경이 최초 직경의 약 1/2 내지 약 1/10로 감소되는 기하학적 구조를 갖는 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트와,b) 세사로 구성되고 그리고 그의 양단부를 이격되게 당길 때 그 직경이 최초 직경의 약 1/2 내지 약 1/10로 감소되는 조밀도와 기하학적 구조를 갖는 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료를 포함하며,상기 변형가능한 관상 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트와 실질적으로 동축으로 배열되고 그리고 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,c) 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료와 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트 사이의 탄성 접착제로서, 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 탄성 접착제에 의해서 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는 상기 탄성 접착제를 더 포함하는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 PET 메쉬인자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 PET 메쉬는 날실 니트(warp-knit), 환추 니트(atlas-knit), 또는 수정된 환추 니트 관중 하나인자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 PET 메쉬는 약 70 데니르(denier)의 약 34개 세사 헛꼬임 파이버로부터 짜여지는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 PET 메쉬는 평방 인치당 100개 내지 1,000개의 씨날(pick)을 갖는 구조로 이루어지는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 그의 용융점 보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 섬유 층으로 피복되며,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 층을 용융시키는 것에 의해 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트는 그의 용융점 보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 섬유 층으로 피복되며,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 폴리카보네이트의 층을 용융시키는 것에 의해 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 그의 용융점 보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 섬유층으로 피복되며,상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트는 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료의 용융점 보다 낮은 용융점을 갖는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 섬유 층으로 피복되고,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 폴리카보네이트 우레탄의 섬유층을 용융시키는 것에 의해서 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,c) 부직 탄성관을 더 포함하며,상기 부직 탄성관은 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트와 실질적으로 동축으로 배열되고, 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트와 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료중 적어도 하나에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트의 내부에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트의 내부에 부착되고,상기 부직 탄성관은 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료의 내부에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트의 내부에 부착되고,상기 부직 탄성관은 상기 자체 팽창식 관상 직물 재료의 내부에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,c) 자체 팽창식 제 2 와이어 스텐트를 더 포함하며,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료가 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트의 외부에 부착되고, 그리고 상기 자체 팽창식 제 2 와이어 스텐트는 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료의 외부에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,d) 부직 탄성관을 더 포함하며,상기 부직 탄성관은 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트와 실질적으로 동축으로 배열되고 그리고 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스탠트와 상기 변형가능환 관상 직물 재료중 하나에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 자체 팽창식 제 2 와이어 스텐트의 내부에 부착되고,상기 부직 탄성관은 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료의 내부에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄을 수납한 조(bath)를 통해 당겨지고 그리고 편조기상에서 대략 90°의 씨날 각도로 편조되는 대략 70 데니르(denier)의 PET 파이버로부터 제조되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄을 수납한 조를 통해 당겨지고 그리고 파이버의 교차 각도가 대략 45°가 되도록 교차 셔틀에 의해서 회전 맨드릴상에 권취되는 대략 70 데니르의 PET 파이버로부터 제조되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 부직 탄성관은 맨드릴상에 방적되는 폴리카보네이트 우레탄으로부터 제조되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트는 가황 실리콘 고무 접착제로 피복되고 그리고 상기 변형가능한 관상 직물 재료는 상기 실리콘 고무 접착제를 경화시키는 것에 의해 상기 자체 팽창식 와이어 스텐트에 부착되는자체 팽창식 내강 스텐트 이식편.
