Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 각각 하나의 축을 가지는 제1 및 제2 권선(winding)―여기서 각각의 권선은함께 적층되고 그것들 중 적어도 하나는 홀(hole)을 가지는 한 쌍의 절연성 시트층, 및상기 적층된 절연성 시트층들 사이에서 밀봉되고 상기 홀 내부로 돌출하는 부분을 가지며 자신의 권선 축을 중심으로 감겨있는 메탈스트립 도체(metal strip conductor)를 포함함―을 포함하고,상기 제1 권선의 메탈스트립 도체는 상기 절연성 시트의 홀을 통하여 제2 권선의 메탈스트립 도체에 전기적으로 접속되는평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 권선이 다중 권선인 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 권선의 메탈스트립 도체가 함께 납땜되어 있는 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,메탈스트립 도체를 가지는 제3 권선을 추가로 포함하고,상기 제3 권선은 상기 제1 권선과 제2 권선의 사이에 배열되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 권선은 상호 접속되어 평면형 변압기의 1차 권선을 제공하고, 상기 제3 권선은 평면형 변압기의 2차 권선을 제공하는평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2, 및 제3 권선 각각의 절연성 시트 쌍들 중 적어도 하나는 홀을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 권선에 형성된 홀은 그 홀을 가지는 절연성 시트에 결합된 메탈스트립 도체의 일부분을 노출하고, 상기 제1, 제2, 및 제3 권선의 홀을 통하여 상기 메탈스트립 도체의 전기적 접속이 이루어지는 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2, 및 제3 권선이 함께 접합되어 있는 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,페라이트 코어부재(ferrite core member)를 추가로 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 권선의 절연성 시트부재가 상기 페라이트 코어부재를 수용할 수 있는 크기의 개구를 가지는평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1, 제2, 및 제3 권선의 절연성 시트부재 각각이 페라이트 코어부재를 수용할 수 있는 크기의 개구를 가지는 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈스트립 도체 각각이 리드프레임부재 상에 형성되는 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 시트부재가 폴리이미드인 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈스트립 도체 각각이 동(銅)인 평면형 권선 어셈블리.
- 제1 및 제2 권선을 제조하는 단계―여기서 각각의 권선은한 쌍의 절연성 시트층 사이에 메탈스트립 도체를 위치시키고,상기 시트층을 서로 적층하여 시트층 사이에 메탈스트립 도체를 밀봉함으로써 형성됨―, 및상기 제1 권선의 메탈스트립 도체를 제2 권선의 메탈스트립 도체에 전기적으로 접속하는 단계를 포함하는 평면형 권선 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,제1 및 제2 권선의 절연성 시트 쌍들의 각각을 관통하여 하나의 홀을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,각각의 홀은 그 홀을 가지는 절연 시트와 결합된 메탈스트립 도체의 일부분을 노출하고, 그 홀을 통하여 메탈스트립 도체를 전기적으로 접속하는평면형 권선 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 메탈스트립 도체를 전기적으로 접속하는 단계는 메탈스트립의 단부(端部)영역을 상기 홀 안에서 대향하는 방향으로 구부리는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 평면형 권선 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 권선을 함께 구부리는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 평면형 권선 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 권선의 절연성 시트를 관통하여 페라이트 코어부재를 수용할 수 있는 크기의 개구를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 평면형 권선 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
