Description
Claims (10)
- (1) 촉매의 존재하에서 아디포니트릴을 부분적으로 수소화하여 6-아미노카프로니트릴, 헥사메틸렌디아민 및 아디포니트릴을 함유하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계,(2) 이 혼합물로부터 6-아미노카프로니트릴 및 헥사메틸렌디아민을 제거하는 단계,(3) 아디포니트릴을 주성분으로 하는 분획물에 아디포니트릴을 기준으로 0.01 내지 10 중량%의 산 또는 산성 이온 교환제를 첨가하고, 이 혼합물로부터 아디포니트릴을 제거하는 단계, 및(4) 상기 아디포니트릴을 단계 (1)로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 아디포니트릴로부터 출발하는 6-아미노카프로니트릴 및 헥사메틸렌디아민의 병산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아디포니트릴을 증류 또는 추출법에 의해 단계 (3)의 혼합물로부터 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액상 희석제의 존재하에서 수소화가 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액상 희석제의 존재하에, 사실상 단계 (1) 및 단계 (2) 사이에 액상 희석제를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(a) 니켈, 코발트, 철, 루테늄 및 로듐으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 금속을 기재로하는 화합물,(b) 팔라듐, 백금, 이리듐, 오스뮴, 구리, 은, 금, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 망간, 레늄, 아연, 카드뮴, 납, 알루미늄, 주석, 인, 비소, 안티몬, 비스무트 및 희토류 금속으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 금속을 기재로하는 조촉매를 성분 (a)를 기준으로 0.01 내지 25 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 및(c) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속을 기재로하는 화합물을 성분 (a)를 기준으로 0 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 3 중량%를 함유하는 촉매를 사용하되, 단, 성분 (a)로서 루테늄 또는 로듐만을, 또는 루테늄과 로듐 또는 니켈과 로듐을 기재로하는 화합물을 선택하는 경우에는 상기 조촉매 (b)는 경우에 따라 사용하지 않을 수도 있고, 상기 성분 (b)가 알루미늄일 경우에는 상기 성분 (a)는 철을 기재로하지 않아야 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(a) 철을 기재로하는 화합물,(b) 알루미늄, 규소, 지르코늄, 바나듐 및 티타늄으로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 하나의 원소 또는 2, 3, 4 또는 5개의 원소를 기재로하는 조촉매를 성분 (a)를 기준으로 0 내지 5 중량%, 및(c) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속을 기재로하는 화합물을 성분 (a)를 기준으로 0 내지 5 중량%를 함유하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아디포니트릴은 증류에 의해 혼합물로부터 제거하고, 사용된 산은 증류압하에서의 아디포니트릴보다 고비점을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 산이 (생략) 이하의 pKa값을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아디포니트릴을 주성분으로 하는 분획물이 단계 (2)와 단계 (3) 사이에 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (3)에서 사용된 산이 황산 또는 황산을 90 중량% 이상 함유하는 혼합물인 방법.
