Claims (10)
- 배향된 중합체 호스 클램프 형태의 호스 클램프에 있어서,상기 호스 클램프는 2이상의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도 각각에 응답하여 수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2이상의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도는 약 -40℃ 내지 약 175℃ 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2이상의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도는 가변적으로 미리 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 릴리즈 온도를 미리 선택하는 것은 중합 배향 온도를 선택함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도 각각은 다른 하나의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도와 약 5℃ 이상 차이나도록 가변적으로 미리 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호스 클램프는 자동차 냉각 시스템과 관련된 탄성 중합체 호스와 스템의 연결 단부들 둘레에 클램핑력을 제공하며, 상기 호스는 2회 이상 배향된 중합체로 밴드 형태로 형성되고, 2이상의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도는 각각 약 -40℃ 내지 약 175℃ 이내이며, 상기 밴드는 호스의 연결 단부 둘레에 반경 방향으로 배치되어 호스를 스템을 향해 밀착하여 시일링 결합하게 압박하도록, 그리고 스템에 대한 호스의 축방향 이동에 저항하는 크기로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밴드는 약 0℃ 내지 약 40℃ 범위 이내의 제1의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도와 약 0℃ 내지 약 150℃ 범위 이내의 제2의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밴드는 약 10℃ 내지 약 30℃ 범위 이내의 제1의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도와 약 15℃ 내지 약 100℃ 범위 이내의 제2의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 연결 단부를 구비한 탄성중합체 호스와,상기 연결 단부 내에 삽입되는 스템과,상기 연결 단부에서 상기 호스 위에 장착되는 호스 클램프를 포함하는 탄성중합체 호스, 스템 및 호스 클램프 조립체에 있어서,상기 호스 클램프는 2이상의 직경 감소 릴리즈 온도 각각에 응답하여 수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프.
- 중합체를 압출하여 제1 공칭 내경을 갖는 밴드를 형성하는 단계와, 제1 시간 동안 상기 밴드를 기계적으로 팽창시키는 기계적 팽창 단계를 포함하는 호스 클램프 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 기계적 팽창 단계는, 상기 밴드를 약 0℃ 내지 약 150℃ 온도에서 제2 공칭 내경으로 기계적으로 팽창시키며,상기 밴드를 약 0℃ 내지 약 40℃의 온도에서 제3 공칭 내경으로 제2 시간 동안 기계적으로 팽창시키고,상기 밴드를 구속구에 배치하는 것으로 이루어지며,상기 제2 공칭 내경 대 제1 공칭 내경의 비율은 약 1.5:1.0 내지 약 5.0:1.0이고, 상기 제3 공칭 내경 대 제1 공챙 내경의 비율은 약 3.0:1.0 내지 약 6.0:1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클램프 제조 방법.
