Claims (17)
- 중심층인 흡수층과, 상기 중심층 양쪽의 저 굴절률 물질층 및 금속 또는 고 굴절률 물질층의 교번층으로 이루어진 다층 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,저 굴절률 물질이 MgF2, 산화 금속 또는 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,중합체가 아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,산화 금속이 SiO2, Al2O3또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,금속이 알루미늄, 크롬, 니켈, Ni-Cr 합금 또는 은임을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고 굴절률 물질이 TiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, ZnO 또는 이들 산화물의 혼합물이거나, 또는 티탄산철, 아산화 티탄 또는 이들 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합상임을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중심 흡수층이 카본 블랙, 색상-부여 흡수 안료 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅 시스템으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- -수- 또는 용매-가용성 물질을 포함하는 이형층을 기재에 적용시키는 단계,-저 굴절률 물질과 금속 또는 고 굴절률 물질의 교번층을 포함하는 층 시스템을 상기 이형층상에 침착시키는 단계(이때 적용되는 중심층은 흡수성 물질의 층이다),-상기 형성된 층 시스템을 상기 이형층을 용해시킴으로써 기재로부터 제거하고, 생성된 소판형상의 간섭 안료를 세척 및 건조시키는 단계,-상기 안료를 100 내지 300 ℃에서 질소 스트림하에서 열처리하는 단계, 및-상기 처리된 안료를 분쇄 및 분류하는 단계를 특징으로 하는제 1 항 내지 7 항중 어느 한 항의 간섭 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,저 굴절률 물질이 MgF2, 산화 금속 또는 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,중합체가 아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,산화 금속이 SiO2, Al2O3또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,금속이 알루미늄, 크롬, 니켈, Ni-Cr 합금 또는 은임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,고 굴절률 물질이 TiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, ZnO 또는 이들 산화물의 혼합물이거나, 또는 티탄산철, 아산화 티탄 또는 이들 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,중심 흡수층이 카본 블랙, 색상-부여 흡수 안료 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅 시스템으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 도료, 인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱 및 화장료를 착색시키기 위한 제 1 항 내지 7 항중 어느 한 항의 안료의 용도.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,안료를 통상적인 안료 및 다른 특정-효과 안료와의 혼합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항중 어느 한 항의 안료로 착색된 도료, 인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱 및 화장료.
