Claims (10)
- 각각의 연료분사밸브(7)에 대응된 각각의 스프링 수용부(45)사이에 연장된 스프링(44)와 전체적으로 연료분사밸브를 조립하는 조립뷰겔(50)을 가지고 있으며, 또한 이 조립뷰겔(50)이 연료-공급관(1)의 조립수용부(56, 59)에 의해서 연료분사밸브(7)의 조립뷰겔수용부(52)까지 연장되어 있는 내연기관의 연소실과 연료-공급관(1)에 연료를 직접 분사하기 위한 연료분사밸브(7)를 실리더 헤드(9)에 조립을 위한 조립장치에 있어서,스프링(44)은 연료-공급관(1)과 연료분사밸브(7)를 서로 압축하게 되므로서, 연료-공급관(1)과 연료분사밸브(7)가 이들에 대응된 조립뷰겔수용부(56, 59, 52)에 강제 끼워맞춤으로서 고정되고 조립뷰겔(50)이 스프링(44)이 압축된 후에 해체되어 제거될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료-공급관(1)과 연료분사밸브(7)사이에 각각 하나의 중간 덮게부(21)가 장착되어 있으며, 또한 상기의 중간 덮게부(21)가 연료-흡입구(17)에 대응된 연료분사밸브(7)과 연료-공급관(1)의 연료-배출관(1)으로 밀착되게 그리고 설정된 한계치로 유연하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링(44)은 나선형 스프링이고, 또한 상기의 스프링(44)이 중간 덮게부(21)를 둘러 싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 조립장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 중간 덮게부(21)가 안전요소(28)에 의해서 연료-공급관(1)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 안전요소(28)는 돌출-연결부(31, 32, 29, 30)위로 연료-공급관(1)과 연료분사밸브(7)가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 수용부(45, 46)가 링모양의 고정부이며, 또한 상기의 링모양의 고정부가 연료분사밸브(7)에 그리고 연료-공급관(1)에 장치되어 있으며, 동시에 상기의 연료분사밸브(7)의 링모양의 고정부와 링모양의 연료-공급관(1)의 고정부가 조립될 때에 서로 마주보며 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 연료-공급관(1)은 나사(41, 42)를 이용해서 실린더 헤드(9)과 연결되며, 스프링(44)은 나사(41, 42)가 죄이므로서(41, 42) 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 연소를 내연기관의 연소실과 연료-공급관(1)에 연료가 직접 분사되는 연소분사밸브(7)를 내연기관의 실린더 헤드에 조립하기 위한 방법은,- 상기 연료분사밸브(7)에 대응되는 연료-공급관(1)의 스프링 수용부와 연료분사밸브(7)에 대응되는 스프링 수용부(46) 사이에 스프링(44)이 각각 수용되고,- 상기 연료분사밸브(7)가 연료-공급관(1)의 조립뷰겔수용부(56, 59)에서 부터 연료분사밸브(7)의 조립뷰겔수용부(52)까지 연장되어있는 연료분사밸브(7)의 조립뷰겔(50)에 1차 조립되며,- 상기 연료분사밸브(7)의 배출 절단면(10)이 연료분사밸브(7)에 대응된 실린더 헤드(8)의 수용보어(8)로 삽입되고,- 상기 연료-공급관(1)은 실린더 헤드(9)과 연결되고 스프링(44)가 압축되며 그리고 조립뷰겔(50)이 제거되는 상기의 공정순서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 연료분사밸브(7)를 조립뷰겔(50)에 1차 조립될 경우에 연료분사밸브(7)의 연료-배출구(19)와 연료분사밸브(7)의 연료-흡입구(17)사이에 중간 덮게부(21)가 삽입되며, 또한 상기의 중간 덮게부(21)가 연료-흡입구(17)와 연료-공급관(1)의 연료-배출구(19)를 밀착되게 그리고 설정된 한계치로 유연하게 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 연료-공급관(1)이 실린더 헤드(9)와 나사에 의해서 연결되고, 이를 통해서 스프링(44)이 압축되므로서, 조립뷰겔(50)이 해체되고 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
