Claims (27)
- 초합금 기질:내열성의 확산 베리어 층; 및실리콘계 세라믹 물질을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내열성의 확산 베리어층은 실리콘의 상기 초합금 기질로의 확산을 방지하는 작용을 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 카본을 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 카본의 상기 기질로의 확산을 방지하는 작용을 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산 베리어 코팅은 이트륨 안정화 지르코늄, 스칸디아 안정화 지르코늄, 칼슘 안정화 지르코늄, 마그네슘 안정화 지르코늄, 이트륨, 산화 알루미늄(Al2O3), 산화 크롬(Cr2O3), 및 산화 티타늄(TiO2)으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 산화물인 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산 베리어 코팅은 알루미늄 규산염인 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산 베리어 코팅은 바륨 스트론튬 규산알루미늄, 칼슘, 규산알루미늄 또는 멀라이트인 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기질은 니켈, 크롬, 또는 철 계 초합금인 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기질은 GTD-111, GTD-222, Rene-80, Rene 41, Rene 125, Rene 77, Rene 95, Inconel 706, Inconel 718, Inconel 625, 코발트계 HS 188, 코발트계 L-605 또는 스테인리스강인 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기질은 Hastelloy X, IN738 또는 Ni-20Cr-10Ti 합금인 제품.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기질과 상기 확산 베리어 코팅사이의 본딩을 향상시키는 상기 기질과 상기 확산 베리어 코팅사이의 본드 코팅을 더 포함하는 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 본드 코팅은 니켈 알루미늄, 코발트 알루미늄, 또는 MCrAlY 합금이고, M은 적어도 하나의 니켈, 코발트, 철, 또는 그 혼합물인 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 IN738을 포함하고, 상기 본드 코팅은 NiCrAlY를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 이트륨 안정화 지르코늄을 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 Rene 80를 포함하고, 상기 본드 코팅은 NiCrAlY를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 이트륨 안정화 지르코늄을 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 SiC 섬유 강화 Si/SiC 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 Hastelloy X를 포함하고, 상기 본드 코팅은 NiCrAlY를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 Al2O3를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 SiC 섬유 강화 Si/SiC 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 Hastelloy X를 포함하고, 상기 본드 코팅은 NiCrAlY를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 산화 크롬(Cr2O3)을 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 Hastelloy X를 포함하고, 상기 본드 코팅은 NiCrAlY를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 TiO2를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질과 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 알루미늄 팩-IN738를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 초합금 기질은 Hastelloy X를 포함하고, 상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층은 멀라이트를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘계 세라믹 물질은 실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,엔진부를 더 포함하는 제품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 엔진부는 연소실 또는 측판인 제품.
- 코팅된 초합금 부품에 있어서,실리콘 퇴화에 민감한 초합금 기질;실리콘 용해 침투에 의해 처리되는 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 섬유 강화 실리콘/실리콘 카바이드(Si/SiC) 매트릭스 화합물; 및상기 매트릭스 화합물에서 상기 기질로 실리콘이 확산하는 것을 방지하는 내열성의 확산 베리어 층을 포함하고,멀라이트 또는 이트륨 안정화 지르코늄을 포함하는 코팅된 초합금 부품.
- 초합금 기질을 형성하는 단계;내열성의 확산 베리어 층을 상기 기질상에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 확산 베리어 층과 상기 기질상에 실리콘계 세라믹 물질을 지지하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 확산 베리어 층은 상기 세라믹 물질에서 상기 초합금 기질로 실리콘이 확산하는 것을 실질적으로 방지하는 제품 형성 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층의 상기 기질에의 부착성을 향상시키기 위해서 MCrAlY 합금을 포함하는 본드 코팅을 상기 기질상에 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제품 형성 방법.
- 초합금 기질을 형성하는 단계;내열성의 확산 베리어 층을 상기 기질상에 도포하는 단계; 및실리콘계 세라믹 물질을 상기 기질상에 도포하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 확산 베리어 층은 상기 세라믹 물질에서 상기 기질로 실리콘이 확산하는 것을 실질적으로 방지하는 화합물 형성 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,상기 내열성의 확산 베리어 층의 상기 기질상에의 부착성을 향상시키기 위해 MCrAlY 합금을 포함하는 본드 코팅을 상기 기질상에 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 화합물 형성 방법.
