Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- (a) 1개 이상의 반응기에서 충분한 양의 용매중에서 1종 이상의 올레핀 단량체를 중합시켜, 3 중량% 내지 24 중량%의 중합체 함량을 가지며 온도가 150℃ 내지 260℃인 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 이 중합체 용액을 예열하지 않으면서 플래슁(flashing)시켜 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 중합체 함량을 갖는 감소된 온도의 농축된 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 이 농축된 중합체 용액을 마무리처리하여 0 내지 2,000ppm의 용매를 함유하는 마무리처리된 중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀의 용액 중합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중합체 용액이 2,000 내지 1,000,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,올레핀 단량체를 중합시키는 단계를 제 1 단계 반응기 및 1개 이상의 제 2 단계 반응기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,올레핀 단량체를 제 1 단계 반응기 및 제 2 단계 반응기 모두에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1종 이상의 올레핀 단량체가 α-올레핀인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (b)에서 플래슁된 중합체 용액의 중합체 함량이 25 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 방법.

- 제 7 항에 있어서,단계 (b)의 플래슁 공정을 비등 반응기내에서 수행하는 방법.
- (a) 충분한 양의 용매중에서 에틸렌을 중합시켜, 2,000 내지 500,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 3 중량% 내지 24 중량%를 포함하는 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 이 중합체 용액을 비단열적으로 플래슁시켜 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 중합체 함량을 갖는 농축된 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 이 농축된 중합체 용액을 탈휘발시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌의 용액 중합 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,중합체 용액을 비단열적으로 플래슁시키는 단계를 농축된 중합체 용액의 결정화 온도보다 20℃ 이상 더 높은 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,에틸렌을 중합시키는 단계를 제 1 단계 반응기 및 제 2 단계 반응기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,에틸렌을 제 1 단계 반응기와 제 2 단계 반응기 모두에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,제 1 단계 반응기 및 제 2 단계 반응기중의 1개 이상이 비등 반응기인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,중합체 용액을 비등 반응기내에서 플래슁시키는 방법.

- (a) 제 1 단계 반응기에서 충분한 양의 용매중에서 1종 이상의 α-올레핀 단량체를 중합시켜 16 중량% 미만의 중간 중합체 함량을 갖는 중간 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 이 중간 중합체 용액을 제 2 단계 반응기에서 중합시켜, 2,000 내지 500,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 중합체 3 중량% 내지 24 중량%를 포함하는 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계;(c) 이 중합체 용액을 플래슁시켜 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 중합체 함량을 갖는 농축된 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및(d) 이 농축된 중합체 용액을 마무리처리하여 0 내지 2,000ppm의 용매를 함유하는 마무리처리된 중합체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀의 용액 중합 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,중합체 용액을 플래슁시키는 단계를 농축된 중합체 용액의 결정화 온도보다 20℃ 이상 더 높은 온도에서 비단열적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,α-올레핀 단량체를 제 1 단계 반응기 및 제 2 단계 반응기 모두에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,중합체의 다분산성이 1.5 내지 10.0인 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,단계 (c)의 농축된 중합체 용액의 중합체 함량이 25 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,1.5기압 이상의 압력에서 플래슁시키는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,제 1 단계 반응기 및 제 2 단계 반응기중 1개 이상이 비등 반응기인 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,중합체 용액을 비등 반응기내에서 플래슁시키는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,단계 (c)의 농축된 중합체 용액의 중합체 함량이 25 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,1.5기압 이상의 압력에서 플래슁시키는 방법.
