Claims (12)
- a) 도입된 스트림 총량을 기준으로, 반응 혼합물의 잔류 이소부텐 함량이 2 중량% 미만이 될 때까지 중합하거나, 잔류 이소부텐의 함량이 2 중량% 미만이 될 때까지 중합이 종결되는 쪽으로 잔류 이소부텐을 제거하는 단계,b) 분산 및(또는) 응집 상에서 소적 형태로 얻어지는 삼불화붕소 착물 촉매를 풍부하게 하는 단계,c) 착물이 풍부하게 된 상을 중합 단계로 재순환시키는 단계,d) 삼불화붕소를 첨가하고, 필요한 경우 착화제를 첨가함으로써 촉매의 손실량을 보충하는 단계를 포함하는, -40 내지 +20℃ 및 1 내지 20 bar에서 삼불화붕소 착물 촉매의 보조로 이소부텐 또는 이소부텐을 포함하는 탄화수소 스트림을 액상 중합함으로써 평균 분자량 Mn이 500 내지 5000 달톤이고, 말단 이중 결합의 함량이 80 몰% 이상인 고반응성 저분자량 폴리이소부틸렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 주로 균질 상으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잔류 이소부텐 함량이 1 중량% 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리를 증가시키기 위해 난용성 삼불화붕소 착물이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼불화붕소 착물의 분리를 증가시키기 위해 반응 혼합물이 냉각되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 유출액 중의 촉매 착물 양의 70 내지 90%가 재순환되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 착화제로서 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올 또는 이소프로판올 또는 tert-프로판올 및 이들의 tert-부틸에테르와의 삼불화붕소 착물 또는 착물 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잔류 이소부텐 함량이 감압하에 플래시 증발에 의해 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 중합이, 잔류 이소부텐의 함량이 1 중량% 미만이 될 때까지 다단계로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 유화 중합의 형태로 2개 상으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리된 착물 촉매가 제거된 후에 남아 있는 착물 촉매의 불포화 부분이 니트릴 함유 섬유 또는 니트릴 개질된 지지체 상에 침착되며, 촉매가 상기의 섬유 또는 지지체로부터 열처리에 의해 유리되고 중합 단계로 재순환되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 혼합물 중에 분산 형태로 분포되어 있는 삼불화붕소 착물 촉매가 정전 유착기에 의해 분리되는 방법.
