Description
Claims (11)
- 다수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 물품으로서,상기 중합체 층은 각각 두께가 약 1 ㎛ 이상이고 함께 자립형 필름을 형성하며, 상기 물품을 굴절율이 약 1.50인 기재의 표면에 광학적으로 결합시켰을 때 상기 물품이 직각 입사시 해당 파장 범위에 걸쳐 상기 기재 표면의 반사도를 약 2 이상의 계수만큼 저하시키도록 선택되는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층은 서로 동시 압출 가능한 중합체 조성물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 중합체 결합층을 포함하고, 이들 결합층의 굴절율은 서로 다른 것이 특징인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 굴절율이 약 1.55 미만인 저지수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체, 플루오로 중합체, 플루오로-클로로 중합체, 메타크릴레이트 중합체, 폴리에스테르 공중합체 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 저지수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불화비닐리덴-테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 삼중합체를 포함하는 저지수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 고지수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품.
- 다수의 중합체 층을 포함하는 물품으로서,상기 중합체층은 각각 약 1 ㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지고 함께 자립형 필름을 형성하며, 직각 입사 시 해당 파장 범위에 걸쳐 공기 중에서 측정한 반사도가 약 6% 이하가 되도록 선택되는 것인 물품.
- (a) 주표면을 가진 중합체 층을 포함하는 베이스, 및(b) 상기 베이스의 상기 주표면에 광학적으로 결합하여 해당 제1 파장 범위에 걸쳐 상기 베이스의 주표면의 반사도를 저하시키는 반사 방지 스택을 포함하는 자립형 필름 형태의 물품으로서,상기 스택은 (i) 굴절율이 약 1.55 이상인 고지수 중합체와 (ii) 굴절율이 약 1.55 미만인 저지수 중합체의 교대층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품.
- 다수의 중합체 조성물을 서로 동시에 압출시켜 다수의 중합체 층을 자립형 필름 형태로 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 물품의 제조 방법으로서,상기 층은, 상기 물품을 기재에 광학적으로 결합시켰을 때 상기 물품이 해당 파장 범위에 걸쳐 상기 기재의 반사도를 저하시키도록 선택되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- (a) 다수의 중합체 조성물을 서로 동시에 압출시켜 자립형 필름을 형성시키는 단계로서, 상기 필름은(i) 주표면을 가진 중합체 층을 포함하는 베이스,(ii) 중합체 층을 포함하는 반사 방지 구조물 전구체, 및(iii) 하나 이상의 제거 가능한 중합체 층을 포함하는 것인 단계,(b) 상기 필름을 연신시켜, 상기 반사 방지 구조물 전구체를 상기 베이스의 상기 주표면에 광학적으로 결합하고 해당 파장에 걸쳐 상기 베이스의 상기 주표면의 반사도를 저하시키도록 선택된 반사 방지 구조물로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 물품의 제조 방법.
